Best Indian food in Montreal! I know the place since over 15 years, it's legendary! Amazing tasty food, generous portions, low prices, spicy just perfect, all their dishes are delicious, my favorites are the butter chicken, palak paneer, lamb curry, their naan and rice, gulab jamun, and tandoori chicken! But really, everything is excellent! I love how the taste of dishes is constant and always great, that you can count that it is always good, also not oily.
The family is so nice, polite, and makes it a great experience! I like how it's not a service at the table, more like a buffet that they serve you, nothing fancy and friendly ambiance!
A must if you visit downtown Montreal! Don't miss it!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible (power and manual), no step or obstacle, not much space inside to maneuver but still fine, access to the buffet and table is doable, tables can be moved, no push button at entrance door but staff very helpful to help, no bathroom accessible.
