If you have not eaten South Indian food , this is the best place. Due to different climatic condition Indian food is different in North south east and west food. as in Bengal it is different than Punjab and in south it is different than north. It is different in Chinnai than Bombay. The street foods too even are different. As you can not digest North Indian food in South India .
You will get all kinds of South Indian food here.
They are mostly made from fermented flower if lentil and rice flour batte crapes filled with different kinds of vegetables . Lentil soup and chain ( sauce) which helps the kidney to mentain the water balance due to perspiration

I was really disappointed with my experience at Thanjai. The Mysore spread was minimal and lacked flavor. The masala was bland with almost no salt, making it unappetizing. The sambar was way too thick, almost like a paste. The Pineapple Kesar was a huge letdown. it had no pineapple at all, just tooty fruity, and an overpowering essence of pineapple. It was served like someone had taken out the upper portion. Overall, the meal felt far from authentic and was underwhelming. We ended up wasting half the food. I won't be coming back.

One of the best South Indian cuisine restaurant in Canada, the taste feels like home , good portion size great presentation. There was a gentleman who gave me a great service, always with a smile. Highly recommend and would be surely coming back.
