for a 9$ thing, the tapioca balls were hard in the middle, not thoroughly cooked. Staff was nice and the environment was great. but like i said, tapioca balls not fully cooked.

Very nice darker ambiance. It’s a very popular place so of course there’s more of a wait. But it’s the best tapioca I have ever had in my life. Probably the reason why I come here everytime I’m back for a visit in Montreal. Quantity of tapioca was also great I could barely finish all of them. The people were nice, quick, and efficient. I just wish there were more places to sit down and enjoy it.

I took a super good Deerioca Fever, the drinks are good even if a little expensive sometimes, but I was treated to a plastic straw which becomes very soft and instantly bends when I suck. The drink wasn't boiling either, so it was impossible to suck up the pearls and even the drink after a while. If the straw was made of paper, I would have understood, but that wasn't the case 😭 Also, almost never service in French. It's not a big deal for bilinguals, but if not, be careful

The tea was really good, but the service was not… They didn’t give the right order to my friend. Also it took more than 15 minutes to receive our orders and the place was almost empty. The casier had trouble understanding French or English.. that’s sad because the bubble teas were so good!!
