My partner and I had a very brief and unfortunate experience here. We walked in and asked a simple question about the menu (whether they had cold brew) and the person at the front cash was extremely rude and laughed, and even looked at the other staff member or friend beside him who also laughed. Then my partner just asked to clarify and he rolled his eyes and gestured to the menu again, and laughed agi . No wonder it was empty 🥲 We just left without buying anything and they laughed at us on the way out.

Paid 8$ for a small iced coffee in which the barista put a pack of granulated sugar because they have zero other sweeteners.
Awesome Coffee!

I had heard about Cat Cafes, but never about Mouse Cafes! Such a cute idea!

Staff is very odd… won’t acknowledge you at all, won’t say a word or even greet you when you come to the counter. Coffee is ok. It really has potential but they are lacking in all areas.
Unfortunately the quality at this cafe went down… Poorly made and expensive coffee. Bad ventilation and weak air conditioning.
Overpriced, burned coffee
Cortado and cappuccino were excellent! Great service and cute space to enjoy a coffee

Awful water down very expensive drip coffee. For a small coffee $5.75
The coffee here is the most watered down garbage I’ve ever had, weaker than gas station coffee, yet extremely expensive ($5.75 for drip). I know the place looks nice, but don’t waste your money. Everyone in my group got terrible coffee. I wish I checked the reviews first.
Pretty sure this place only exists to collect customers exiting St Viateur bagels next door.
Standard good third way coffee shop!
One of the rudest and most aggressive baristas I have ever experienced in Montreal. I am a Mile End local and enjoy having a coffee out everyday but will no longer go here as I’ve been verbally abused twice now by the same barista who has a reputation for being rude to customers. They’ve lost my long time business because of it.
love the vibe and the coffee is good, but it was probably the worse matcha latte ive ever had
