Not open @ 9am …
Beautiful
While the overpriced coffee was ok, the solo barista was blasting heavy metal music when I went it at 0830. I proposed turning it down, as I was alone, but he ignored me and snorted. There’s so many places these days to get good coffee with awesome friendly barista’s. This is not that place.
Good coffee, confusing hours
I really liked this place. The lady was super nice and my coffee time at this cafe was very pleasant. Highly recommend this place :) All the best!

Coffee was tepid. Tasted alright.
We go here a lot for coffee, which is great. Today we got some seltzer and 2 cans cost 10… c’mon. A can of soda is more than most of their drinks… now we know.

In the Top 3 for worst service ever. Decent coffee. Bathroom almost as dirty as in Trainspotting...
The barista tells us that he no longer serves coffee after 3:30 p.m.
Between the coffees that they don't serve (v60), the missing products (milk) and the broken instruments (no filter possible because the machine is broken), you can generally only have Espresso or lattes.
And we really feel that the barrista is happy to do her job (this is ironic).

Really friendly barista when I visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Made all the difference. Friendly people are in short supply in Montreal, so it's always appreciated :) Ordered an allongé, and it held up!
I'm so sorry to see those established places go in the wrong direction. Standard was fine, now they don't know how to do a latte: over extracted, milk with no foam and a feature that is more and more common in Montreal: no more latte art. You ask the owner and they'll tell you that it's hard to find good staff. Anyhow... when you sit in this(still) cosy place and are happy to pay 5/6$ for a latte, the flat bitter beverage you get is so disappointing.
The lids are loose on the cups so when the barista handed me my drink it came off and scalding coffee spilled all over my hand and new white sweater. The barista seemed completely unfazed and nonchalantly mentions that it’s a bad design and this happens often. I was completely shocked.
Saw on door that they are open until 6. Came in for a drink-in coffee and to get a bit of work done at 2:45 and once paid for and ready the barista mentions that they are closing in 15 minutes due to holiday hours. Thanks for the heads up. Oh and their chocolate chip cookies are a ridiculous 5,50$.
I had my 1st espresso elonged to fit my thermos. The barister (Asia) was very accomodating and i will definately be going back tomoro!
Vegetarian options: well coffee is a fruit/vegetable extarct!
