I had an amazing experience at this bubble tea shop ! Not only was the tea absolutely delicious, but the service was exceptional. The server was so kind and attentive, and her friendly demeanor really made my visit special. She were also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick out the perfect drink. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and i can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for both the great drinks and the wonderful service ! I remember she told me her name ( Fanny ... i think ) PS : she's really pretty tho !!!!

unashamed with the number of rounds ive made here in the one week that i stayed in montreal, this was unironically my favourite meal if every day that i came here, i think a total of four times. thinking about it makes me sad because i wish i had went there more frequently, AND because Australia has yet to thread near the levels of bubble tea that this Tiger Sugar has. every staff interaction i've had was so lovely and friendly that i felt compelled to tip. maybe because it was the drink, but man was this an unforgettable meal or drink or whatever. The strawberry mochi drink is absolutely and utterly unrivalled in all aspects
The only bummer about this place was my very last one on my last day here, it was unfortunately quite lacking, and they missed a topping i had paid extra for :( its a shame i noticed too late. But its okay. I forgive you. You made me happy the other three times i cannot possibly be so torn over one incident. Please come to australia ❤️

I tried matcha mochi for the first time last saturday and really liked it so i went back for a second time on Wednesday evening, unfortunately it was a different staff who made my drink and she forgot to put mochi and mousse on top even tho i told her i want boba AND mochi in my drink. it was takeout so i only realized after i left, really liked the drink i got first time but there is room for improvement regarding quality control cuz second time i was so disappointed
