I placed mobile order and got it after 25 minutes, didn’t think much of it as its rush hour; but what is not fair is that I ordered steeped tea, they had it there I could see it and still proceeded to pour coffee and say steeped tea is ready. Make it make sense. Why even list the item if you’re busy or lazy to make it when you have it?

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. While waiting for my order, I noticed cockroaches inside the store, which is absolutely unacceptable for a food establishment. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
I expect a place serving food and drinks to maintain high standards of sanitation, and this location clearly does not. Until management addresses this issue properly, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

It's one of the busy branches of Tim Hortons and there is always a queue for ordering. The staff are friendly and you get your order in time. It just felt that a few more hands would be helpful to run the place more efficiently.

TIM HORTONS is the best coffee place you will ever find in Canada. Nothing tops their coffee’s and hot chocolate. We live in a foreign country but we used to live in Montreal, so every time we come here we pack with us coffee and hot chocolate bags 😂. highlyyyy recommended
