I was there at 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. I wanted to buy a box of Timbits but they only had 2 flavours: birthday cake & blueberry cheesecake.
I wasn't interested in these flavours so I left with just my bagel & cream cheese.
Also, the service was not very friendly. The store wasn't busy so there was no reason not to offer nicer service.

Doing take out via their APP many times, I give them usually 15 minutes to prepare. Its NEVER ready. Today, I arrived, 10 persons waiting for their take out. I left the place without my order. Never again.

GETTTOOO! I’m from the states ( Buffalo area) and I love Timmy hos but this is the third one I went to in Montreal and all of them were dirty and the workers didn’t even know what donuts they were selling. I’ll never complain about Tim’s in my area. But Montreal is a nice.
Luis is so fast, friendly and professional and this is a grim location. Luis deserves a lot of credit and a raise bc the client base at this branch are grim.

It was not first time for me to visit this place but today (24 November 2024) was so bad , I have to wait for 15 min just for 🥯 bagel, staff was taking their sweet as* time , I just want to request to manager please follow up with service.
