1st example: a latte that tastes neither latte nor regular coffee, placed on the counter without a word (what is it, who is it for). 2nd example: there are no breads for sandwiches (!), so I am offered a version on bagels... the choice of which is also limited! Same price as a regular sandwich! Never too much choice here; bland, floury potatoes; itinerants tolerated at the tables (or under the tables!!), and great general negligence.

I recently visited Tim Hortons & while there was a delay in service due to short staffing.I commend the team how they handled the situation. Despite being busy, the staff remained friendly, professional & worked hard to get the orders as quickly as possible. Some things took time but quality service & a smile makes the difference.

to really avoid.. I write this comment after making 3 orders and the same thing which always repeats itself: very very long service but today it was the worst.. I placed an order on the application, at pick up normally at 4:30 p.m., and since 2 times I had a service delay of at least 25 min each time, I arrived at 4:55 p.m. even though I work at 5 p.m. but they told me that my order was not yet ready ? I said no problem I will arrive later during the break.. I arrived at 6 p.m. ella told me that they don't have milk now so we have to wait ?

It's a good place to eat an individual pizza and some donuts. We shared a cheese pizza, 2 waters and 2 donuts for 17 Canadian dollars. A passing place to eat quickly. The service is super friendly.

Ordered twice from here online and did not receive drinks each order. I did receive an extra random Honey Crueller though so it wasn't all bad.
Painfully slow (and not much). It's a mystery why you have to stand around for up to 30 minutes waiting for a poorly prepared dish. Just order some water so it doesn't give them a headache...
