Its located in right area, good environment however its been 2 months that the espresso/americano/cappuccino machine is broken. It’s been more than 4 times i am here and i heard the same response. I really don’t know do they have any manager or responsible person here? Not as clean as other Tims, washroom is super dirty (worst washrooms i ever seen in Tims) and the washroom key is by request from them (always locked). But the counter personnel are super nice, friendly and try their best.

Tim Hortons is a donut place. Nice donut places are usually tastefully renovated (this branch is not), are usually clean (this one is so so, I think they don't have enough staff but they try hard), and usually have clean bathrooms (this branch has the worst bathroom I've seen in a long time). Don't get me wrong, the staff is very friendly and tries very hard, but I think they are understaffed.
