Too many little old people who spend their day feeling down a little when you're having lunch and you hear the other next to you explaining that the cashier made the mistake and how you escaped Sela tayeuil osti leaves her packing your parcel your day must have been long

The worst Tim Hortons in Montreal, Especially the employees, No respect or professionalism, I am still not satisfied with the services provided
I arrived at Tim Hortons I ordered a crispy chicken wrap with two medium ice caps a large coffee 2 cream a medium coffee vanilla ice cream a worker sausage wrap a potato pancake an orange juice two plain croissants have to order at 1:13 p.m. we received our order at 1:40 p.m. the employees are unpleasant and explain to them that it has been 20 minutes that we have been waiting for two wraps and he answers us stupid please wait he places orders in front of us like a pizza a gentleman arrived after us and received his Advent pizza, next we had still not received our two natural croissants, they explained to us the girl gave us latitude and threw the bag of croissants on the counter, looking at us crooked, without forgetting that there was no fillet to make the lunch an employee also argued with a customer since the customer had not been clear and had not told him his order correctly really disappointed with the employees and the service!!

Restaurantji Recommends
I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Ontario Street and had an overall pleasant experience. The coffee and donuts were fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. However, I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. Given the area has a significant homeless population, it’s important to keep the space tidy and inviting for all customers. Regular maintenance and attention to detail would really enhance the experience here. That said, it’s still a convenient spot for a quick coffee and snack, and I appreciate the team’s efforts in a busy environment.

The service and quality has definitely taken a nose dive. The stores are dirty and the washrooms are disgusting and this applies to most stores. Doesn’t matter which region of Montreal. Also, I waited for 20 minutes in line just to order.

No communication between employees - it takes 5 minutes or more to wait for a simple coffee, even if you are second in the line of customers. It's chaos, it's often, if not always, long and the employees are not friendly at all.
Exception of the lady named Carole.
Wheelchair accessibility: the tables are well spaced
