I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Ontario Street and had an overall pleasant experience. The coffee and donuts were fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. However, I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. Given the area has a significant homeless population, it’s important to keep the space tidy and inviting for all customers. Regular maintenance and attention to detail would really enhance the experience here....
Honestly, some days are ups and down. I’ve had really bad service there before
but my day gets so much better when Zakia takes my order. She’s so polite, always smiling and she always remembers my orders and gets it done right away. I think she should be a manager because her customer service is immaculate ❤️ I hope you convey this message to her. I always leave with a smile when she takes my order. She’s a sweetheart. Word of advice, please clean the glass...
