Horrible client service. We were ordering, and the girl kept shouting at us to hurry. When we were at the window, another girl also yelled at us to wait in the parking. Dear, ik you're stressed, but you can not talk to your clients that way. There were not many clients but there were a lot of staff to do the things, you could see their notable lack of organisation.

I’ve never had such a poor experience at a drive-thru before. The customer service is completely lacking, the staff are rude and dismissive. They rush you through your order without listening, often resulting in incorrect items or charges for things you didn’t request. I recommend skipping this location and going a bit further to another one where you can actually have a pleasant experience.

Earlier this month, my friends and I, and some other group of customers, had a clash with the owner who went in and started screaming on all of us for various reasons. I would describe his behaviour as hostile and unwelcoming. We used to come here every few days, but since this incident occurred we don’t even want to be close to this place.

The soup size was smaller than few months ago, l guess due to cost, the bread that comes with, it was some how as if someone had taken a bite out of it l had to return it.

Tim Hortons used to be much better before. Now, the employees are indisciplined and just rude. They fought with me when they clearly got the order wrong. I asked if a specific item was still there, the employee told me yes, and later, she gave me the wrong item and fought saying that the item discontinued. I've had a lot more horrible experiences with this café, truly horrible. The food is okay,but the employees did mess up the orders many times. Wouldn't totally recommend.

I bought timbits on a late evening. They were stale and not fresh at all. They should let you know. Its also one of those tim horton's where you see people buying one small item and sitting there all day long, you can barely find seats.
