Fast service I’ve ever experienced but at the expense of the quality of the food received. The bagel was not toasted at all and was cold and the coffees weren't made properly. You ask for something u get something else. Employees were rushing the customers both when ordering and at the window for paying.

Ordered 2 Tims 12 cup coffees and a Tims 12 cup hot chocolate. They were quick and polite. They even helped me bring my order to my car. Amazing.

Just for once in a lifetime …can u guys make what we ordered and paid for? Worst tim Hortons ever
Typically, I don’t bother leaving reviews, you just move on and never return. But the level of service at this particular Tim Hortons was truly appalling.
We ordered two lattes: one with oat milk and one with regular milk. When we asked which was which, the employee who took our order told us both were oat. We politely clarified that we had asked for one regular milk, and his response was, “It’s the same, just take it.” When we insisted on the correct order, he turned to his colleague and said, “Change it, even when it’s the same, because they’re demanding.”
As someone who also works in customer service, I find this unacceptable. It’s not hard to fulfill a simple request without disrespecting the customer and at the very least, wait until we’ve left before making rude comments. We paid for what we asked for, and the dismissive, unprofessional attitude was appalling.
