I purchased an iced cappuccino, which was too watery, and although the staff was polite, the place was dirty and disgusting. The garbage at the entrance was overflowing. The dining area was crowded. Huge disappointment.
Decent Tim Hortons
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. One of the employees—a girl with glasses—was extremely rude during my visit. She showed no courtesy, was unprofessional in her tone, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better training on respectful customer interaction.

The Indian lady staff member was rude. When we asked for her name, she refused to give it and questioned why we wanted it. She was holding the coffee cup by the lid, which was not hygienic, and she never apologized. Her overall approach was unprofessional

I ordered just medium tim glace avec oat milk and almond milk and she said we don’t have ice! And my friend ordered triple triple and she gave the just black coffee with no sugar!
Worst experience
Dear Sir/Mam,
I ask for Oreo chunk cookie ($1.29) and I did get it but I was charged for Oreo dream cookie which cost me ($2.29) it’s $1 more than I supposed to pay. I bought it from 4819 ave Van Horne local 117 A today Apr 5th 2025 at 2:19 pm. When I confront the employee, she told me the prices on the apps are different from the ones in store which I know that’s a lie and she insist on keeping my extra $1. This is absurd if you have thief in your store . Last time I was ripped of my loaded bowl which filled only half full . I filed a complaint but I didn’t hear your response. If there’s no satisfactory action from your side, I will take further step. It’s not about the dollar it’s about the dishonesty and deceit to your customer !!! Could you train your employees not to rip off the customer ? Customers supposed to get what they pay for. I never have this kind of problem years ago but when new employees start working there, all my orders were messed up. If your employee don’t really like to work , they better quit than irritate your customers. if they don’t appreciate having a job compared to those who lost their jobs, they shouldn’t have worked in the first place . I’m an employee in the service area as well with minimum wages but I always strive to do my best, not just accepting wages while doing s###### work and therefore I dislike employees with lousy work attitude .
