I don’t like the experience at all. The veggies they gave us were not fully cooked and the jalapeño they gave us were not warmed up even we asked them but still they gave us like that.

Today, I ordered a dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso, but the employee gave me a regular coffee instead. When I pointed out that the espresso was missing, he responded by talking about his skin color, which was unrelated and unexpected.

The employees definitely needs some training to work in multi-cultural country. When I visited the store and raised my hand slightly to get attention of employee to ask for bathroom, she got offended. Bad service. Would not visit it again.

One of the worse service...the employees were moving here and there no attention to the customers. Poor service....when we come to the counter they just ignored...after they were talking with an indian guy all of them at least they should do their job properly..take the order.i don't even want to give them one star.

I asked for a medium Ice cap with nutella everything went well when the lady at the counter went to put Nutella the bottle ran out instead of topping it off or changing it she left it as is added a little squirt of chocolate syrup and said that’s it..management needs to be improved.

Today around 4:30 p.m., a girl who apparently belonged to the Muslim religion treated us very badly (I mention this because she was the only one with her hair covered). When we asked her if she spoke French, she said no, turned around and walked away, rudely leaving us there. She, instead of looking for another colleague who could help her with us, preferred to continue with her head down without worrying about our presence in front of her. When we asked her name to complain about her very bad attitude, no girl present there wanted to give us her name nor did they let us speak to her boss... This seems like a situation very rude on her part, I can understand that she is having a bad day, but we must not pay the consequences... Very bad service, we will not go to this place again!!!

If I can give zero stars, I would...It was a heavy rainy day today and I came in the morning to buy 2 large cups of tea. They can't even give me a tray, so I had to walk to work with an umbrella and the teas and my doughnut...I asked for extra cup and even offered to pay and they couldn't have the courtesy to provide some cups. I had much better experience with McDonalds and from now, I will go there even if it's a few extra minutes of walk.
