Everytime I order online my order is never complet. past week I order some bagels with cream cheese and they sent me dry bagel with nothing on it, feels like they don't even look the receipt. Not just 1 order but 2 times already. I tried the grilled cheese and they sent me nothing. I tired few days after in case they didn't have.. nothing again. Today (5-8) I tried the garden vegetables sandwich and they sent me nothing again. Not even a note or a replacement.. If you don't have any of thoses items and not remove it from the cash so we can't order it!? Very dissapointed.
The counter just say they don’t have something if they don’t feel like making it. I asked for a cold brew at 12 noon and they didn’t even bother making nor checking if they don’t have it.

I'd rather watch paint dry than wait for my order at this TimHortons. Service suuuuucks. All due respect. They may want to hire some more employees who can actually move at a FastFood pace.

Muffin was frozen so cold I hurt my teeth biting into it, when I returned the lady at the cash was extremely rude rolling her eyes at me, she ignored me, didn't apologize or say anything. I had to ask to have new ones microwaved, felt very unwelcomed and ignored.

Gave a mobile order for a melon beverage. None of the staff knew about it till I showed them the order details after 10 minutes of wait. The staff at the reception was a person wearing a green t-shirt who was touching his nose all times while serving food, which was so disgusting to watch. Instead of preparing my order asap, he started training a school girl wearing pink t-shirt on it taking their own time. When she brought the beverage she gave it to me rudely without any apologies. While this was going on a staff at the far end kept staring at me. Absolutely disgusting staff and experience.

There was an Indian girl at the counter was taking order, she talked to me very rudely. I think they should improve customer service and please teach them how to talk to customers before they stand there. I will never come back to this Tim again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons (Plamondon) on June 16, 2025, around 6 PM. I received the wrong order, and when I politely tried to explain the issue, the manager on duty rolled her eyes at me and responded with an attitude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of resolving the issue, she walked away and refused to correct the order. I was left with an item I didn’t want—and worse, it was priced higher than what I originally ordered.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Based on other reviews, it seems this location has a pattern of poor customer service. I hope the management seriously considers retraining staff to ensure a more respectful and customer-focused environment.
