The waiting time for the order is very long, the staff attitude is very contemptuous of the delivery person, they do not care about the delivery person, there is discrimination...

If you follow my reviews - you know I go to a lot of Timmy’s. This one in Montreal is not so good. They didn’t have pizza or chicken noodle soup. They are not very busy and could use some improvements.

Employee sleeping and no lunch!
Stopped by for coffee and donuts before I got married. Nice place with friendly staff. Plenty of parking available.

This morning, I bought a croissant for my lunch, well it was probably made the old way because I threw it away at work because it was so dry.
Even today! Several times in quick succession I have received my order with an item missing from the pastries I paid for. I often check with the delivery person: the packaging is closed so we can see that it is not the delivery person's fault if the item is missing. So this comes from the person or department responsible for packaging your Tim Horton's orders. Know that this impacts the entire chain from the person who packages to the person who delivers. Uber refunds 1 time, 2 times, 3 times maximum for a missing item with each new order. Then after that, not at all. For my part, I order every day every morning because I telework from my house early in the morning. So I do a lot of orders with Uber Eat. If jokers are having fun not preparing orders correctly by removing items to eat them themselves or by stupidly thinking that Uber reimburses every time, and that they will never be worried, well be aware that you haven't finished hearing about me. I am able to call your manager every day and every hour if necessary every time I detect a missing item to unmask thieves among the employees responsible for packaging the Uber Eat orders you receive. And yes, I am determined not to let go of your skin to the bone.

Always very long to receive our food, the staff seems depressed and has difficulty responding to us. At 5 p.m. there is already nothing left to make sandwiches or a bowl of salad. It's pitiful
