Hello! I asked for two of the new biscoff croissant the older woman told me i couldn't have two i needed to buy 6? what kind of policy is that???? it makes no sense!!! i hate this tim’s. its the worst customer service ever and they never have anything!!!

Great coffee and a fresh bearclaw was a great choice. The staff was fast, efficient and got the order right for 4 people. My only problem was the area attracts some unsavory people. We noticed this quite a bit on this trip to Montreal. There seems to be a lot of beggars around every food venue. Old Montreal seemed to be the worst of the lot. We are probably skipping the bigger cities in the future. Canada has really changed in the last 5 years.

Very bad experience for the first time happened in Montreal. We were not able to order because the server refuse to help us in a rude way because we order in english even we asked her politely.

If you follow my reviews - you know I go to a lot of Timmy’s. This one in Montreal is not so good. They didn’t have pizza or chicken noodle soup. They are not very busy and could use some improvements.
Parking: I found the location difficult to get in and out. One way street makes it harder
