When I went there not many customers, so not very busy, lukewarm coffee wrong on order, dirty floor, wet floor indicator super side very visible. Not sure to go back.

Staff is very sweet although I asked for modifications on my coffee and they did not do them . My coffee was honestly terrible and an employee started mopping next to my feet during rush hour ?? She also proceeded to move my table to keep mopping while I was sitting there .

How is it possible not to provide access to toilets for customers when they come here to drink coffee and more, surely your staff is too lazy to clean, they tell us that all the toilets are clogged, it's really unthinkable, plus the timing the dirtiest I have ever seen ??
