Stop with your customer service who do nothing when we talk about the problems you answer the question with a copy and paste and it's always the same answer you laugh at the lousy customer service people. I would like to speak with the owner I think it would be better if he responds to the email.

Every morning I came to this tim to have my large ice cream cappuccino. A few weeks ago the cappuccino wasn't good so I stopped going. A lady told me that the iced cappuccino was not good because it had not been washed in the machine which tasted of the past date which makes me feel sick. She told me she would wash it tomorrow and I could come back. For a few days the iced cappuccino was good. Now I go there this morning as usual and the cappuccino tastes really bad so finally I decided to leave it at the checkout. (Thank you for the kindness of the lady who still reimbursed me for my cappuccino) I will never go to this tim again because it happens several times. (I was a regular; I went there often for several years and always had the same problem).

November 18, 2023 This morning I came and bought myself 2 coffees with 2 biscuits and a tim matin, a lady served me and that's 3 times I came across her. She is very unpleasant and has really bad behavior, bad attitude every time I come to communication 0, always the same thing. I will no longer come to this tim because I hate negative energy. ! I would advise you to be careful who you hire for the image of your company thank you.

3rd time here and just as disappointing as the last. Long wait although no other customers as the staff is too busy socializing as usual. Burnt coffee and burnt bagel all 3 times! Tastes horrible, coffee is undrinkable! Waste of money and time!!
