This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for years, and nothing ever changes. The staff is rude and incompetent, and they even pretend not to understand the language, even though I always order the same thing. At any hour of the day, even when there’s no one else waiting, they’re incredibly slow—I end up waiting at least 5 minutes just for a coffee. When I’m ordering a meal, the wait is even worse. I can be stuck in the drive-thru for 15/20 minutes, only to get to the window and find that my coffee with one sugar and two milk isn’t even ready. Several times in the past, they’ve also given me the wrong order. They seriously need to hire someone who knows how to run this place properly.

Unwelcoming and unsmiling cashier. Lunch is very small for the price. Quality value is better at McDonald's and A&W. Never seen a breakfast potato and English muffin smaller than at your place and the sausage not very good. On the positive side, very clean place, a plus.

Very disappointed I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and I simply received a bread sandwich. With almost nothing in it. It would be great to show you how to make real sandwiches for your employees.

I just placed an order and I had to pass the wheel not through the front door since it was closed...I spoke with the lady who takes the orders and spoke to me really badly plus he told you charge to put mayo in the sandwich and took my order badly she didn't even give me my patty that came with it...very stupid with customers...very bad service...she didn't try to sort it out or help me …in another place he helps you or speaks to you better…and even apologizes….and he is also polite to me in this place…nothing polite, the employee who takes the order…will have to change position…to get better service for customers

Unbelievable how they take their time I don't know what. 20 minutes for 1 plain bagel but what was it like to cook it on site. Its a shame for a country live Canada.

Plutôt que de diversifier le menu en y ajoutant plein d'options qui ne sont que peu souvent disponibles, réduisez votre menu et assurez-vous d'avoir les repas en inventaire.
La gestion est vraiment ridicule. Il n'y a aun autre restaurant, rapide ou non, qui nous présente un menu dont la moitié des éléments ne sont presque jamais disponibles o.O

En réponse au commentaire de Tim Horton: Merci, mais non, je ne vais pas vous contacter. Je ne veux pas de coupons rabais ou de patentes gratuites (qui ne seront pas disponibles de toute façon ?). Il y a assez d'avis négatifs ici et ils sont assez détaillés pour que vous puissiez intervenir adéquatement sur les faiblesses de votre gestion.
