I made a pickup order. I have a mobility problem. On the app there was an option of curbside pickup so that's what I chose. They wrnt as far as ask for description of car. After 25 minutes my order still didn't arrive. I called and the man that answered very rudely replied that thay don't have curbside pickup. He wouldn't even listen to me when I tried to explain that curbside pickup is an option. They should take that option off of their app. In the meantime I will never go to that Tim's again. The employees at this Tim's do not like to serve english speaking customers.

Really bad. Service is always so slow for some reason. The workers seem clueless. There’s always a long line because the staff is incompetent. Other reviews mentioned this and people I know have said the same about this Tim’s. Please work towards improving.

The Black Woman employee is rude and snobbish, I ask her to make a mix 12 donut box case in English and then a little bit in French, She understood well but wanted to serve what donuts she choose to serve me not what I want and ignore what set of donuts I was pointing out from behind the counter for her to put in the box, There's only two employees serving customers and there's plenty customers and they don't have enough time to serve everyone quick, This Tims need more staff and better customer friendly corporative attitude set of staff.

They’re understaffed. Very slow service. Trash. I had to leave. Can’t wait 15 minutes for a muffin. Hire more people and pay you cheapo!!!

Was given incorrect items and was charged for them. Staff wasn't willing to help correct the items. Not the worst place though.

The French lady at the Take out service was very cold with no smile and nothing nice to say after I was given my coffee.

Pretty average Tim’s experience with the full menu. Surprisingly clean place seeing as other outlets struggle with that. The service was quick and reliable. Very efficient stuff. They made their coffee perfectly as I had ordered it. Couldn’t ask for more out of that place. Perhaps they could decorate it differently but that’s literally it. Would recommend.
