It’s an ok Tim Hortons stop here everyday for a coffee , hash brown and a box of Timbits to share at work. Now there is always something missing when I order there for pick up so please always check your bags and or box to make sure that your order is complete.

Best service I have ever received at a tim hortons.
I had to leave in rush to catch my bus and couldn't collect my muffin. But the guy named Kareem in the evening not only was sorry for not able to give me my muffin but he gave me a bagel and cheese and an icecapp for free to make up for.

Morning staff don't listen to your order. Went in to order the timatin BLT breakfast sandwich. They rang in the blt sandwich and not the breakfast one and stood there for a good 5 minutes arguing with me that the BLT wasn't a timatin breakfast sandwich and I had specifically said timatin BLT breakfast sandwich, pointed to it on the damned screen, and she still argued with me and rang in the regular BLT sandwich. Staff here need to get their act together because the afternoon staff know what you mean when you even just simply say BLT breakfast sandwich (order before 3pm for breakfasts).

I order Oreo double crème milk shake . When I get my order just like blend Oreo no milk no wheepcream. When I ask why not wheepcream inside . And worker say extra charges . ??. Just blend Oreo . No milk no cream .

No tables! Also, not enough employees to keep up with demand.Three stars, it just serves its purpose, nothing extra.
Parking: Good luck finding parking.

Today I ordered two croissants and a hot chocolate with almond milk. When I got to work I took two sips of my hot chocolate and had a very bad stomach ache. The reason I asked for almond milk . I believe my hot chocolate had regular milk ?.?
Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant so this is way I ask for almond milk.
