Extremely dissatisfied and rude customer service, woman gives me bottom of whip cream bag in my ice cap and i ask her just to top it off with a fresh bag and she wanted to charge me more and proceeded to ignore my dissatisfaction! Unpleasant experience and unpleasant people especially the cashier with unnecessary attitude towards a paying customer today August 27th 2025 at 12:35pm. I will be contacting customer support for this rude customer service and if i could give them no stars they would have NONE!

If I could put 0 I woud, they gave me an ice cap w barely any whipped cream and they asked for more money when I told them to put more, the server, a girl with a slight south asian accent was really mean and condescending.
Wouldn't come here again.

Worst experience ever …… rude and unfriendly staff….. they were not happy at all to respond our questions about the menu even when there were not even a single customer they were complete Free…..made weird faces and refused to serve.
Worst experience ever at tim hortons in my life. I went to this location in the evening, there were two girls working without their name tags. I asked them question and first girl was too rude and went back to another girl. Then another girl came for order and she was rude too and refused to take our order and denied us to serve. They don't know about customer sevice, how to talk and serve their customers.

Both employees were too rude. First employee refused to take the order after we asked for the steeped tea and other one was extremely rude while taking the order. When we started answering her back, they asked us to leave the Tim Hortons and refused to serve us. Even they were not wearing the name tags.
This is not the way how customers should be treated.
I have been regularly purchasing the Regular Croissant here, but unfortunately, they are rarely fresh. I often come in hoping for a warm, freshly baked breakfast, but I leave disappointed more times than not. Honestly, it feels more worthwhile to get a box of croissants from Costco, where at least the consistency and freshness are more reliable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would be great to see an improvement in quality.

This is the worst tim hortons experience ever. Worst food, service, staff and atmosphere. I ordered a box of 6 donuts and I picked the Boston cream donut and it almost didn’t have any cream inside. The staffs don’t work that fast and very slow and lazy service. I’m never coming back to this branch.
