This is the worst tim hortons experience ever. Worst food, service, staff and atmosphere. I ordered a box of 6 donuts and I picked the Boston cream donut and it almost didn’t have any cream inside. The staffs don’t work that fast and very slow and lazy service. I’m never coming back to this branch.

What's the point of a mobile order if it won't be made on time ?? I saw my receipt just standing there, said to be made at 11:12 clear as day. Got my order at 11:28. Are you kidding me ? And they're ASKING for tips ??? They're working a minimum wage job, and all you're doing...IS YOUR JOB. I loved to believe that there was hope for Tims, but damn.

Food and coffee is fresh as well as tasty and store is very clean and I like the food service which is very fast .
Pretty cute timies, not big to have a seat but I usually take my drinks on the go. Staff is friendly too. Super close to metro so bit busy occasionally

There Is Only One And Very Kind Nice Guy Serving He Was May Arab Or What I Don't Know and I guess He Is A Trainee Yet... And Other 2-3 Indian Employees Were All The Time Sitting And Relaxing and Using phones while queue almost went to the doors...
