Tim Hortons services have been downgrading for a while. Trash service. I waited 15 mins for a large franch vanilla but I got a cold large coffee instead. I was late to work afterwards... And I didn't even get a cup with the "roll up the rim" promotion. Also the place was disgusting
I will often pass by this Tim Hortons. It is very conveniently situated inside the McGill metro station (not inside any mall) and is somewhat close to Pizza Soleil which is also inside the McGill metro station and not inside any mall. The line ups at this Tim Hortons are generally just as long as the one located at the corner of University Street and Sherbrooke where a lot of university students frequent. On this particular hot & humid day, I felt like a raspberry frozen lemonade so I decided to have it here since I was already inside the metro station and didn't feel like walking into an adjacent mall where there are other Tim Hortons around or going outside the underground city where there are other TIm Hortons around. On the morning that I went, they didn't have a lot of doughnuts available. I decided to get a doughnut along with my raspberry frozen lemonade. This is a place to purchase your items and either go to work, hop onto the metro, or go to one of the food courts in the adjacent malls to eat since there are no tables/chairs at this Tim Hortons location. Nothing overly negative here yet nothing overly positive either which is why I gave them 3 stars.

Ordered and paid for a grilled chicken Caesar salad and they completely left out the chicken. I had already left so I couldn't get them to fix it.
