I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the incredibly sweet employee Khushpreet who made my day after a long tiring study and work session. I dropped by for a quick double double and a hot chocolate, and her kindness warmed me up more than the drinks ever could. She greeted me with such genuine cheer, took my order with a bright smile, and even made sure everything was perfect before handing it over. The service was heartwarming, like a little act of everyday kindness that reminded me people like her make the world a softer place. Thank you for being that kind soul in my day.

This is the second time the store manager refused to refund something that wasn’t available. Which is completely illegal. This is the worst Tim Hortons in all of Montreal. Avoid at all costs.
It’s not the first time this has happened — a regular customer came in, and the staff member started making his order before he even finished paying. Meanwhile, I had already been waiting for over 5 minutes and only got my order after him.
This same situation happened a few months ago, which made me stop going for a while. I recently decided to come back, but unfortunately, it happened again.
