Visited daily during my stay in Montreal. Never got my coffee right all 4 visits.

I don't hand out five stars as a rule, but this branch of Tim Hortons deserves five stars because the service was fast and courteous. The staff seems to have the ability to handle a sudden increase in the lineup. When I was there, there were three people ahead of me and one person after me. Suddenly there were five people behind me. The line moved quickly as the staff handled everybody's order efficiently.
Now for the obvious! Of course Tim's coffee is good! And the croissant was fresh, soft and tender, and buttery! The display of baked goods was very attractive. I could have bought everything but behaved myself. Maybe next time.
I enjoyed my coffee and croissant at a clean table for one. There are lots of tables, so if you decide to eat in the shop, you should be able to find a place to sit.

I place a mobile order for an ice capp at this Tims, just for me to go there and the employee to tell me they don't have any/can't make any... why not list it as unvailable at this location then? Very inconvenient for me to have paid on the app, and being forced to take something else at the same price... being a 24/7 tim hortons and not being able to make ice capp?? what a joke its summer, stock up on it it's gonna be your most sold item for a while... unbelievable

Good morning, Please, Mr. Owner, I come here every morning for breakfast and coffee. The woman who opens your cafe is very rude, with a strong accent and staring at the computer screen. She doesn't say good morning. She checks out and makes your sandwich without washing her hands. Do you provide gloves? Why don't you have two people opening the café 1 at the cash and another preparing the food? This woman gets bad humor when she serves her customers. Please solve that problem because if she do it to me, she will do it to all the customers!!!

Anu is the most welcoming employee ever, she takes my order every morning with such grace and a big smile:) the entire team at 2081 Guy St are so super nice and make my order perfectly every time. I couldn’t make it to work in the morning without them!

This tim hortons location is totally ridiculous firstly people working here does have manner to talk n behave with the customers so rude and when u try to order online this guys are disgustingly sending the deliveries there’s no bag food n no straw to even drink iced coffee wtf they have the service for delivery then if u don’t want to give people food with quality what about others health 😡 this one star is also more for this location also see it seems someone has drink the mocha ice capp from side

This is the closest Tim Hortons to my university, and it's my go-to spot for breakfast or a quick snack. I always get a fresh muffin and a hot brewed coffee. Highly recommended!

Just stopped by the Tim Hortons in Guy street, and honestly, it was a solid experience. The staff were polite and quick, even during the morning rush. I grabbed a double-double and a breakfast sandwich—both were fresh and exactly what you’d expect from Tims.
Not a fancy spot by any means, but if you’re looking for a quick coffee fix or a casual bite, this location does the job well. Would definitely stop by again.
