The employees don’t know how to be kind and responsive. I was there last time and the girl made me wait for half hour for a wrap and she eat extremely rude. Didn’t even care to reply me when I asked her about my wrap. Similar response today. I went there to get a grilled chicken Habanero wrap. I clearly mentioned grilled chicken. They ended up giving me fried chicken wrap with the fillings of another wrap. It looked so cheap with limited veggies and old fried chicken. I asked the employee before taking it if it’s grilled chicken habanero wrap and he clearly ignored me. He just looked at me and turned to go inside handing me over the wrap. I opened it inside the metro and it was some cheap wrap with limited veggies. It tasted like it’s 2 months old wrap which they just grilled and gave away.
I think you could do a better job Tim Hortons. At least you could hire people ho knows how to deal with the customers, how to be kind and most important make the order right. I do have the receipt where I paid for my desired wrap. It’s like every time I go to this location, employees are always pissed and act like they want to run away from the job. This is really unethical and unacceptable. Other locations have better employees than this one. I wouldn’t prefer this one until they hire better people to work.

Great coffee and the breakfast and snacks are quick and delicious.
1h wait good luck.
Normally, when I go, I ask them for their favorite pastry so that I can try a new one and they're always so kind and nice, but this morning I went and it was the worst costumer service.

I have not gone into a tim Hortons for a year or 2 but I give 5 stars to say:
I miss Dunkin Donuts in Montreal, so many were 24h, the refuge of the mad and damned, Tim otta be open 24h like that, and pay the night crew true combat pay, it's your national duty to outmatch the American DD in community service.
Dunkin Donuts saved my life at least 3 times in the -40° winter, and maybe Timmy otta step up and do the same for hard up citizens ascDD used to. Idea
