Terrible cashiers who can't enter orders properly and can't do basic math. How does $4.99 sausage/egg/bagel + $1.93 coffee + tax = $8.88? It doesn't. Cashier trying to explain to me there's $2 of tax. No there isn't. When at Tim Hortons ALWAYS check your order, ALWAYS check your receipt. This is not the first time. Won't be going there again for a few months.

Deserves -5 star rating on most days. I know its hard to find good employees at a fast food place but geesh, the owner needs to choose better staff. Also to the staff, youre all at work already and us customers need to get to work so maybe, just maybe, you can actually work instead of draggimg your feet. And lastly, maybe listen to the customers request, not up to you to débats what the customer wants. Came in this morning ordering breakfast sandwiches meat egg and cheese just to get home and no meat in any of the sandwiches ordered

at approximately 7:00 p.m., I visited this location and ordered a coffee. While waiting for my order, I was confronted with an extremely disturbing and unsanitary situation.
A male employee was serving food and coffee while his thumb was visibly bleeding and injured. This was shocking and unacceptable. Even more concerning, when I pointed this out to him, he responded that he was already aware of the issue. Instead of stopping his work and seeking immediate medical attention, he simply put on a plastic glove and continued serving customers.
This conduct demonstrates a serious disregard for basic hygiene, public health regulations, and professional responsibility. It placed customers at risk and created a highly unsafe environment. I was appalled by such negligent behavior, and I am deeply disappointed in the management of this branch for allowing such practices to occur.
I strongly urge the Quebec Public Health Department to conduct an urgent inspection of this establishment to ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

They talk too much to each other, so the customer line gets long and the service takes too long because of their chatter. So the old woman gets irritated because of their chatter and chatter.

they are good even sometimes I don’t know what I want to order 😃 but they helping me and recommend me some things good❣️ It’s not the cleanest, but it’s still good — definitely better than the other branch. 😁
