We went for coffee and donut at the afternoon but had to wait at the drive-through and nobody answered our call. We drove to the window, but the girl there was very rude and asked us why we didn't order before coming to the window. We explained that we tried calling but nobody answered. She started being even more rude and nearly shouting at us. We asked for her manager's name, but before we could finish, she closed the window on us. Another employee came to take our order and we finally received the donut but it was ruined.I don’t blame her but her manager and the owner whom I met last might and he asked me to leave him a review and he was a great guy.But I would like him to know im not going not only to yours but any tim hortons ever again. where they treat the customers like this, is because they are treated like this by the business. I am myself in the food industry and have more than 5 years experience.I’ve been coming to this branch for more than 3 years almost everyday. They may not damage from losing me, each of their customers annual value is 14,000$. But I hope this will get to those who need to hear it.The person was a teenage coloured girl, rude to an extent that I’d say she’d never known any respect in her life. She made me angry and furious and I say that with shame.

Kid-friendliness: We bought 10 Tim bits through drive through but gave us 8 so we politely ask the worker that they have mistaken giving us 8 Tim bits then a random worker told us that there was actually 10 Tim bits inside the box. As we drove off, the worker told us that we got caught ( woman thought she did something? how immature of them). Confusion? We thought we miscounted it till we notice IT’S STILL 8 TIM BITS. This lady is calling us a liar. What is this business. Like do your job. Lived in this neighbourhood for 10 years and didn’t notice my main Tim Horton would be this ridiculous. Would’ve ordered inside to see your proof. Wish I rated this out of 0
Food was ok but the restaurant was not in good condition i used toilet which was so dirty even i told one of the person from staff but they ignored

It took litterally 20 minutes to take/get the order and we were second in line... there was items missing and the food was disgusting the fries were burned... but it took so long that we didn't want to go back to the line... even if this in on your way, don't go there or verify your order before leaving the line.

Worst attitude of employees working around 6:30pm. Order vegan habenaro wrap , he always add chicken in it. Don’t know the meaning of vegan. It’s been 4 times now getting the wrong order. Worst service on this Tim Hortons. When asked to replace the order said we don’t have anymore riceVegetarian options: Here Vegan means chicken
