I travel a lot for work and always visit your stores, but the same issue keeps recurring. Why are the Parc Extension and Saint Michel/Jarry stores always unpleasant—dirty bathrooms with a strong odor, neglected stores, and only one person working during peak hours? This is not acceptable.
And coincidentally, most of the employees there are of a similar nationality, as are those who hold the concession… what is going on?
Don’t blame the people working there; the instructions come from the owners and managers. Clearly, they don’t buy cleaning products or invest in staff—they prefer to exploit and abuse.

I just have my coffee and my bagel with egg and cheese and they treat me so bad that I returned my food and I will tell everyone person there is the one woman the second woman, the two woman who working inside fixing the sandwich and who’s making the order taking from the window the small girl she was very nice But the two women she have a very bad attitude and I will tell everyone person never have a breakfast from them again thank you

I asked for double double but they said have no cream. I ordered bagel before one day then they sai we are running out of staff so they can't make it which is not good. Somtimes we specially walk down to Tim for getting our favourite food and when we don't get what we want despite of paying the amount, it really feels bad. Kindly fix this.

Showed up at 230 am asked Tamir for decaf he said he didn't have any but made a new pot for us when McDonald's across the street refused. That's service Canadian's are known for guy deserves praise for his work ethic and customer service . I know next time my first choice for coffee or anything quick.

Very unprofessional experience. I specifically asked for no extra ice in my iced coffee, but what I received was a cup packed with ice and hardly any coffee. It’s frustrating when staff don’t listen to simple requests and give the impression they’re doing the opposite out of attitude. Not the kind of service that makes you want to come back. This lady at the counter didn’t bother to say hi, didn’t respond when spoken to, and acted like serving customers was a burden. It came across as attitude and disrespect. A coffee shop should not make customers feel ignored or punished for making a simple request.
Very rude staff behave like they work as a free.is there staff is free work there? No welcoming staff they are not smiling face just throw the products to costmer like free giving

so far, the best Tim Horton's I've ever been in Canada! and it's actually a small place, but they even have a sign in the washroom/bathroom letting the gentlemen know to please keep it clean which I find it's a bit of an issue in most of the chain's establishments so kudos to this location! 👍
