I’ve rarely had such a good experience in a Tim. I was just taking my coffee this morning and the employees were SMILING to me. Honestly, I’ve never understood how important that is… it just makes your day way better. Also, it’s fast and the food is good:)

I had a very bad experience today at this branch. I placed an order and waited for over 30 minutes. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that my order had been given to another person by mistake. Additionally, I was not even given a receipt to track my order. The employees spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. The place was also in a deplorable state of cleanliness. I strongly advise you to take steps to improve the service and hygiene of this branch.

We went to this Tim Hortons on Thanksgiving morning because it was open and cheap (20 timbits are about $6 if I remember correctly), everything you would expect from a Tim Hortons. Only, when I wanted to go to the toilet, there were drug addicts... So I know that it's not the fault of the employees or the brand, but it's true that it's cold. In the Timbits mix there were salty ones, chocolate ones, strawberry ones, cream ones, sweet ones and those with sprinkles.

I went there recently and bought a white hot chocolate for my kid , he loved it and I returned the next day to get the same thing , but this time , it felt like I was drinking just hot water . It was hard to believe that it was a hot white chocolate . I don’t think I’ll return anytime sooner there . The quality is not what it use to be anymore I
