There are never any errors when I place an order online (which is not the case with all Tims). I feel like my order is always prepared with care and I appreciate it. Employees deserve a raise 💛✌️
I place my orders on the app so it saves me a lot of waiting time. It's borderline if I feel bad walking past everyone lining up to place their order. There were a few times when my order wasn't prepared in advance and I had to wait like everyone else. Otherwise, I find this branch really good! The food is always fresh and usually the staff is friendly. Only point to improve: it would be appreciated if the staff were attentive to customers who come to pick up their order....
I like coming here in the morning, the team is friendly, I've never had a mistake being in a hurry before work. It's rolling here and my sandwich doesn't look like an earthquake. And thanks, there’s always cold brew!
