Rebellious fruit salad

If you go at night or very early in the morning, the clerk is very badly trained.
He straight up ignores you (while talking to a friend on the phone), is not aware at all of the basic menu, messes up a very simple order every time.
Oh and it was an absolute mess everywhere, I'm not looky at that usually but damn.
Otherwise during the day, the service is decent.

23 décembre 13h30.. achete boite de 20 tim bits ...en arrivant chez moi je les compte car la dernière fois j'en avais 18 au lieu de 20 et cette fois ci 17.. j achete souvent des tim bits. Donc a@faire le calcul je de me faire fourrer de 50 tim bits par année ? Ça serai le fun que vos caissière saches compter jusqu'à 20..j ose même pas acheter la@boite de 50 !!

"Chaque visite chez Tim Hortons est un véritable plaisir. Le cappuccino glacé en petit format est toujours parfait, et leurs chocolatines ainsi que les croissants au fromage sont absolument délicieux. La qualité constante des produits et le service amical font de chaque visite une expérience agréable. Je ne regrette jamais mes choix et je recommande vivement cet endroit !

It's no big deal not to speak French, on the other hand the employees just don't care, it's distressing, you have to call them several times just to get them to come (after 3 p.m. on Sunday the 15th) . Then, still taking his time, an employee receives the order, slowly, the queue lengthens to the door, still nothing to disturb him. I'll spare you all the comments on hygiene etc., we're in a Tim we know what to expect, but at least do the minimum in service out of pity it hurts to give you money.

I asked for 10 timbits with strawberry, chocolate, honey glazed and birthday cake, the cashier replied: so you want all except (I don't know what he said at that moment) but I answered exactly, except the old ordinary one. I thought he understood me but when I got in my car, I saw that there was: strawberry, chocolate, birthday cake and old cake. Plus, I had a butcher of a strawberry timbit and there wasn't even strawberry jam inside 🤦🏻‍♀️. It's really a shame
