On Sunday, November 9th (around 12h30), I went through the drive-thru and ordered two lattes and four croissants. I had added two extra croissants after placing my initial order, and I confirmed the full order verbally — two lattes and four croissants.

After paying at the window, I was asked to wait by the back door for my order. About ten minutes later, an employee came out with four coffees instead of two. I politely explained the mistake, but he insisted that’s what the order was. I clarified again that I had only ordered two coffees and four croissants.

Then, the employee who had originally taken my order came out. He looked visibly annoyed and started arguing with me, insisting that I had ordered four coffees. I told him I was sure of my order — I know what I ordered. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, he continued to argue and told me I needed to pay an extra $3 for the croissants, even though the delay and confusion were not my fault.

At that point, I had already been waiting for ten minutes, and he was being rude and confrontational, so I just gave him the $3 in cash, took my croissants, and left.

This was honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled — with anger, disrespect, and no accountability — was unacceptable. I won’t be going back, which is unfortunate because I used to enjoy stopping there.

Best and quiet place for relax brunch . Food was great and fresh and I would definitely give 5 star to Praveen, I hope I’m not wrong about her name . She is a very calm and always serve with care .

I visited this Tim Hortons on September 24th around 3:30 PM and was shocked at the unprofessional behavior of the employee at the counter. From the beginning, he was rude and dismissive, showing clear annoyance while we were simply deciding what to order—even though there was no one waiting behind us.

Instead of basic courtesy, he lost his temper, started loudly speaking in another language with coworkers in a way that felt like cursing at us, and gave rude, short answers to our questions about sandwiches. When I asked if they had room-temperature water for my baby, he replied abruptly and without any care.

The worst part was when our order was ready: instead of calling us politely, he refused to hand it over and said (loud enough for us to hear), “Let him come, I don’t care,” even though his colleague suggested otherwise because I had kids with me.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable and gives a very bad reputation to the Tim Hortons brand. Customers deserve at least a minimum of respect and a smile, not hostility. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this branch is setting a very negative example compared to others.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was honestly disgusting. I asked for white toast, and what I got was burnt, with barely any strawberry jam on it—and the little that was there wasn’t even spread properly. On top of that, the wait was ridiculously long, like the staff were just standing around doing nothing like they had no sense of urgency. It’s sad that they can’t even manage a simple order like toast.
