First, I go to the Tim Hortons on Sherbrooke East, where there is the Carrefour Lapointe at 7:20 p.m., only to be told that they no longer have soup.. so I decide to go to this one on Saint- Jean Baptiste for making me say the same thing!! How come you don’t have any soup left in the middle of winter at this time!!! In short, I finally decide to take 2 grill-cheese bacon... to finally arrive home and the surprise when I see my grill cheese... I think it's laughing at people honestly... it cost me $14.00 for that !!! It's all wrong, and we won't talk about cheese... is there any cheese in my grill cheese!? I'm really disappointed.. prices are increasing everywhere and quality is decreasing.. it's disappointing and regrettable to pay for that.. I worked 30 minutes in my day to afford that!!!!

It's been three times in a row that I have received everything except what I ordered. An example: I ordered a crispy chicken wrap with cilantro and lime and I received a wrap from the worker in the middle of the afternoon.

If the place says it's open 24 hours a day, I expect it to actually still be open at 10:40 p.m. Which was not the case at all. Especially after a detour to have a little something comforting and to wake up. At least put the correct opening hours. This will create less frustration.
The worst cashier! doesn't even talk to the customer except to tell the price! Hello, goodbye thank you would be the least polite!!! But no, you should shout it at the door!
