I was disappointed to see a fly on the donuts, and the staff member did not seem to care or take any action. When I ordered a medium hot chocolate, I also noticed that she did not wash her hands properly before preparing it. This raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I hope management looks into this.

I was going a few times week around 4:30pm. Always long lines. Very little choice. There is one young lady who works Monday to Friday she's good. But she's moving @ the beginning of March. Every other person behind the counter I've dealt with is very slow. I csn wait over 20 minutes just for a coffee & donut. This is unacceptable. I've started going else where.

Worst tim horton ever. This indian lady doesn’t make any ice coffee at all. I worked at tim hortons before and we’re obligated to make ice coffee once its finished.

The cashier was not smiling at all. When it was my turn to order, she asked me if she could take my order. I said to him: Hello, are you okay? She didn't even answer me. So I continued with the order, I wanted a dark coffee with splenda. She told me she doesn't have any dark coffee ready and she doesn't have any splenda. I left immediately.

The workers here are very slow. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a wrap. I’m not one to complain so I just left. Personally if you have other choices for food, I would take the other option. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TIMBITS.
