My husband got me a breakfast wrap around 1045am on October 31st 2025 and I found a piece of plastic in it. Never again!

Bad service
Whenever I order something, there is none, or they have half the ingredients.
They never have the news that appears on the screen
The times I ask for coffee, when there isn't any, they don't let you know, they just don't give it to you and when they do, you have two options, either it tastes really bad or it has 3 kilos of sugar.
The employees are too slow, with a generally bad attitude

What a terrible Tim Horton's, no consistency with the chain, employees make executive decisions on the whim,if they feel like it they will follow typical Tim Horton menu, if not, they will simply tell you no. The attitude from employees is extremely unprofessional and not in line with other Tim Hortons.

Anytime I hit up this location, I feel like I’ve connected with the staff and can now have fun just in the few minutes I spend there getting my coffee. Prithi (I hope that’s how you spell your name), is one particular employee who never fails to make me laugh, often before I even reach the cash with nothing more than a brief eye contact. Service like that can’t be beat!

The location can’t be beat.
I was disappointed to see a fly on the donuts, and the staff member did not seem to care or take any action. When I ordered a medium hot chocolate, I also noticed that she did not wash her hands properly before preparing it. This raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I hope management looks into this.
Love the staff here. Always greeted with a smile. They work hard to get your order ready quickly especially mobile orders.
I am a regular customer of this branch. They are used to giving their customers excellent services as much as they can. I am super happy with the staff members and the owner because they pay attention to the customer service a lot. Thank you all the people working here.

Service was nice and smooth
I was going a few times week around 4:30pm. Always long lines. Very little choice. There is one young lady who works Monday to Friday she's good. But she's moving @ the beginning of March. Every other person behind the counter I've dealt with is very slow. I csn wait over 20 minutes just for a coffee & donut. This is unacceptable. I've started going else where.
Employer does not speak or understand French…. Arrived in the truck, not what I ordered…. It deserves a big 0
