The employees have no respect for the customers. And when you want to file a complaint for the bad behavior of an employee, you are told that you will receive a call from the manager and ultimately you do not receive any call even if you follow up with them.

Everything was in very bad condition, starting with very dirty bathrooms, I asked for order and the bread was very cold and the bacon was raw.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I work everywhere on the road and I eat at a different Tim every day. This one is the worst. I make a detour to go to the tim of St Leonard or that of Rivière des Prairies.

Le service est vraiment décevant. J'ai fait une commande en ligne, mais ensuite on m'a informé que ce n'était pas possible de récupérer ma commande au service au volant. J'ai attendu 15 minutes au comptoir, plus 20 minutes au service volant. Je ne passerai plus jamais ma commande ici. À mon avis, vous devriez retirer l'option des commandes en ligne.

Tuesday evening I went to order a beef sandwich and as I was placing my order the woman who prepared it reluctantly took it and made me feel uncomfortable for a moment. I didn't want to leave a bad rating, but today also in the morning I drank two coffees and two timatins and they only gave me 1 coffee and 1 timatin. I am disappointed with the poor service

This is a busy Tim Hortons location, but the sometimes long wait is forgiven with the kindness of the staff. Nishu, in particular is always positive and makes my French Vanilla in the best way ever
