Tim Hortons

Bought coffee & Tim bits for the staff on the floor at the hospital nearby where my was a patient as a thank you. Tim Horton’s was pleasant & efficient.

The service here is a real disaster.
We can't even speak French and the staff is really not friendly. It seems like they're angry that we don't speak English. Excuse us, we're in Montreal.
We wait so long for the order, and we are not even informed that the requested menu is no longer available. We pay, we wait and then, hey, we no longer have any potatoes, we no longer have this and that. And when we ask for a refund, they are not happy. Do your serve correctly.
Sorry, but that sucks. I tell myself not to go back here again, but since it's near my house, I'll give them a chance, I say to myself maybe it's improved, no. Always disappointed.

Get white chocolate.. it a new promotional drink white mocha pistachio and you don’t even have white mocha on hand ..

It says that you open at 5 a.m. however that is false. I went to your restaurant at around 5h15 a.m. and was told to come back at 6. If the hours of opening have changed i suggest putting the new hour you open to avoid annoyed customers.

Nice atmosphere, the food is okay. However took a break from Tims as I noticed the breakfast wrap & ice-cap doesn’t sit well with my stomach at all.

I have placed an order for takeout for egg and cheese sandwiches at 07:00AM. There was a one girl who was working at that time. Someone who from her staff told her to make egg and cheese sandwich. She just said bad words to him for not making sandwich. I was shocked and i had to wait 20 minutes for the order. So i am really disappointed with that. I am expecting take a serious note with staff specially from the morning staff.

I would ZERO star for that service.

If you like Tim Hortons you will like it. Only issue I have is it is a bit small for the volume of traffic this site gets. They even run out if doughnuts so your favourite ones might not be available. Also parking is very tight. Just too small.

Bad cockroach infestation!

Only one employee on site even though it's crowded... She is very friendly and does her best but she made a mistake with my order and I had trouble making myself understood... either she didn't speak not good French, either she didn't know her menu well, or she was too overwhelmed with work... I blame the restaurant administration and its conspicuous absence in all cases.

Tried to order a lunch sandwich at noon - was told that they do not make sandwiches until after 2pm so went to the restaurant next door for lunch...

So, it's 7:00am. I ordered a small coffee. In this coffee, I wanted 1 cream. The coffee is as warm as a winter day. I was in a rush so I couldn't come back. But do better.
