The worest Tim
I didn't get to order anything after attempting to get the attention of the waitress at the cashier many times.. she was either scared of working with the public or had some sort of extreme attention deficit, she kept looking at the other waitresses phone who was playing some videos and couldn't focus on what I was saying at all.. at some point she turned her head towards me totally expressionless with her mouth open but didn't utter a sound. Kinda like some scene from a mental asylum, it was weird as it gets. I didn't get to order anything, she was like a zombie.. I think a few people on the reviews here have mentioned how this is one of the most prestigious location to operate a Timmy in Quebec, it's a real shame that the company doesn't step up it's game recruiting good workers.. there's plenty of amazing Tim Hortons around the province, but if you come visit Montreal and this is the first one you go to after getting out of your plane - I am really sorry for you.. try A&W next block, it's slow but the service is less mediocre

I usually come in between Wednesday and Saturday, and I have to say—Martin, the evening supervisor, is absolutely outstanding. The coffee is always fresh, everything is always fully stocked, and the place is spotless every time I walk in.
Martin is always on the move—cleaning, mopping, emptying the trash—and leading by example. His team listens to him, and you can tell they respect him. He treats customers with kindness and shows real patience and leadership with his employees.
The man knows how to do everything.
10/10 supervisor. I truly praise him for his great manners and excellent customer service. He exceeds in both customer care and team management every time I visit. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and he even remembers everyone's orders.
Give that man a raise!

Bathroom is beyond disgusting. Garbage overflowing in restaurant. Floors dirty and sticky. How can a business that serves food be so gross?.
.edit: workers are pretty amazing and acknowledged the disgusting bathroom situation.

Music week event at Tim Hortons was something to remember. There’s just something special about drinking a cold Tim Hortons drink and listening to good music. Will definitely come back

If you’re expecting real pizza, however, you might find it underwhelming. But for a quick bite during a coffee run? It’ll do the job.

Granted I stopped in at 530am, but I don’t think that excuses the filthy interior or muted, disinterested service. Used cups were piling atop the trash and the cashier was less cheerful than a funeral.

Bathroom is disgusting.
Patricia has no patience. Rude to customers for no reason.
