Poor mananger

just bought a Reese donut and the stuffing was expired. Really gross don't recommend it.

I just bought coffee from this location . But dont visit here specially if you are travellers and non french speaker. I feel like second class citizen. They took my order and didnt gave me until they finish gave to all people behind me. They tried to talk with me in french even they knew i am not able to understand it. I visited this place couple times in month. All time i have to wait like second class citizen.

I waited more than 10 minutes to order my coffeeService is slower than my grandmother's molasses!What more can I say?

to busy because the only around or because is good...the second the lane of drive in was so long i left with out try it

I dont know what has happened at Tim Hortons in general, they all lack customer service and cleanliness, but the one at the train station is really, really bad. During their busiest times they have one person doing the cash and preparation. If you come in the morning, be prepared to wait and wait

Service fast and courteous, can eat-in with social distancing measures in place.

As usual received the bagel barely warm when asked for toasted both sides, no butter when asked and a plop of cream cheese squshed between the top and bottom. But at least at this one they cut the bagel. If you want to put cream cheese at least apply it properly or put it on the side.

Good service. Friendly! Great coffee! Tim erific!

I went to this location 3 mornings while visiting the city - it was close to the hotel Bonaventure...hands down the worse Tim's I've ever been to. They couldn't get the order right - the most incompetent staff I've ever seen, they couldn't even smile. A homeless guy assaulted me from behind too b/c I was standing in front of the napkins. Just ignorant people all around. A cesspool. AVOID. Zero Stars!

This is the worst Tim ever, i know people who were better served while doing jail time, staff is super lukewarm, actually the man handling bakery is more friendly than all of the ladies serving customers combined, also it's super slow, takes at least 15 mins to get a coffee there. i am simply not going back there anymore.

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in one cashier for 10 min. Then to be told it was closed. There was no sign or whatever to indicate. To make it worst they told me to go on the other cashier that didn't had any line when I got there, but when she told me there were 3 people in line and I was going to be the last. This is not the 1st time I have a bad experience here. YOUR STAFF SUCKS! they clearly don't wanna work with clients.
