This has to be one of the worst Tim’s in Montreal from being dirty to cockroaches in the seats (be careful) to piss poor service with an overworked sneer at the public to all my orders being completely wrong. And the icing on the on the cake NO AC in the summer. I thought I was in the South America.

I went in twice to this Tim and the first time I waited so long to just get an ice cup. The second time I went in I couldn’t bear how disgusting it smelled, it literally smelled like it is a garbage shoot not a place to eat. The overall hygiene of this Tim is horrible. I was too disgusted to even stay a second in there, I immediately left and didn’t buy anything and will never go in there again. It has been sad seeing how the quality of Tim Horton has been declining overall…

employees locking the door so nobody can enter and they can be paid to do nothing. Happened on wednesday the 25th around 4:30am. Might want to look who was on shift
Used to make mobile orders here. They’d frequently not even start making the drink until I arrive 5+ minutes after the time I set it to be ready. What is even the point of ordering in advance, then?
Last time I was here, I got yelled at for taking an iced cap after the employee announced “medium iced cap” (no order number) and I had ordered a medium iced cap. Yelledddddd at. Screamed at.
Please rethink having employees here who publicly embarrass customers for their own mistakes! Thanks ❤️

You can wait 20 minutes for 1 coffee, they are usually busy cleaning the appliances

The location looks really nice after the renovation and is always clean. The staff are efficient and friendly. The chocolate dip donut was super fresh. It's close to McGill and MNI, which sadly still have few options for food and coffee, so this is a good option on the go as it's open 247. Considering the inflation effect everywhere, it's currently the best option for affordable takeaway coffee and snacks.
