No customer service and the staff does not speak French and 30 minutes of waiting just so we can order without apology for the wait and in addition with an error on the order it is unacceptable

Lemon Donuts are so good
busy, very hard to get seats. lots of students obviously. nice location, it's very close to schulich library. i ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and received a blt on sandwich bread with cheese despite confirming 3 times with the cashier that i wanted the wrap. i ordered in french and that seems to be the cause of the mixup. the sandwich itself was so sad and had 2 tiny thin pieces of bacon, wilted lettuce.
Employer tells us nothing to suggest for eating and the floor is disgusting

Extremely dirty. I saw a cockroach crawling on the ceiling above the kitchen

Pretty basic version of Tim's. Big fan of their coffee. This location is just busy and therefore bit run down with a lotta folks taking a whole booth to themselves. Get it to go!

We are travelling from other parts of Canada and French is not our first language nor it’s a first language of Canada . One of your French speaking lady (probably white with braids) serving in the front today was really rude cause we don’t understand French . This is beyond a rude behaviour and very racist .

The website, as well as Google, BOTH say DRIVE-THU, but they DO NOT offer this. Just be advised if that's what you're going for. Otherwise, good service and good food.
They have a trophy for saying 2021 most clean tim hortons. Yup that's right 2021 not 2024 to 2025. And the service was good I can tell they are very under staffed.

I'm actually the customer referred to in another recent, negative review of this Tim Hortons. A (presumably unhoused) man came into the establishment for shelter from the cold (almost -10 C) while I was eating. I was in a booth near the window, so I had actually seen him crossing the street and felt terrible for him. He was frozen. When he came in, I told him I would buy him lunch. I want to note that this man was quiet, calm, and polite. He did not smell, and he had not brought garbage into the establishment. He was literally fine.
The manager, who had been invisible until then and remained unseen for the entire rest of the hour I was there, came running to demand that this man leave immediately. The man told him he intended to buy food. The manager tried to push him out anyway. It was only when I intervened and told the manager that I would be paying for it that he grudgingly allowed it. I made sure that the cashier gave the man the receipt for the purchase as proof that he had, in fact, bought goods there. The Tim Hortons had many vacant seats, so I thought he would at least be able to sit for a few minutes and eat his food before having to go back out into the cold. Not on this manager's watch! He was forced out immediately, with the food purchased from Tim Hortons and the corresponding receipt in hand. It was disgusting and disturbing. I came home and was so disheartened that I came to write a review, only to see that someone else had already documented it.

Around noon today an unhoused individual came inside this Tim Hortons very briefly to get some shelter from the extreme cold we are having. He was not loud or disruptive, and did not bring any debris into the store. A manager immediately started trying to chase him out of the store. A customer offered to buy him some food and a drink. The manager allowed this, but forced the individual to go back outdoors to eat his meal that was purchase FROM Tim Hortons, and for which he had the receipt. Completely inhumane and unacceptable.
