Some days there is still a need for improvement, but we are getting closer to the service before the pandemic. Clear improvement. Well done to the new management.
The pistachio latte tastes zero pistachio 😡 I know it's not their faults, they're probably just following the recipe. But it's really disappointing. I expected better.

After two consecutive visits on Saturday morning having a large order each time the same team served me and they really care about their business. Excellent service. Thanks to the December 21, 2025 team. Keep up the good work.

The more it goes, the worse the service becomes when Tim Horton asks for an English muffin, it serves you on a breakfast bread, telling you I had nothing else when you go back to the place of saying it when you order or at the window and get served a potato half frozen very ordinary never again I will return to this tim

Buy a croissant....hard as a rock...I tell the employee...come back 3 minutes late....the croissant is boiling and soft....he warms it up..... he lies to my face....and doesn't want to pay me back......not able to have fresh food at 7:40 in the morning, it's hard...to avoid!!!

Nothing to say about the accuracy of my order or the availability of the menu. But the employees are stupid. They never smile, have a depressed tone of voice. Sometimes I try to smile more and ask them how they are doing and no reaction…. of ice. I go 2 to 3 times a week because it’s on my way and has been for several years. I have yet to come across an employee with the interpersonal skills required in customer service.
The Ray Lawson/Henri-Bourassa branch is much more humane and pleasant in terms of customer service.
This is the best Tim Hortons in the area. The people working here are always very nice and they are always stocked with food/drinks (you never hear them say “oh we don’t have that”) skip the one on St Jean Baptiste and come to this one instead.

check the number of slices of meat in your sandwich. for 2 weeks, I have been served Tim's club with 2 slices of turkey. same as last Friday I ordered 2 Tim's clubs and I had 3 halves of a slice in my 2 sandwiches. all this at the drive-thru. on Monday I tell the girl at the drive-thru window what happened on Friday with my sandwiches so that the right number of slices comes out (4). she comes back to me with a sandwich with 2 slices of turkey and a slice of bacon. I'm hungry I'm in a hurry I take it then I hit the road. the next day I go inside to order I tell the girl make sure I have 4 slices in my sandwich! the girl who prepares my sandwich is the same as yesterday. I see her put 2 more slices in my sandwich. I tell her that it's 4 slices. She looks at me and closes it all and gives my sandwich to the girl at the cash register. one of the employees who often serves me comes to see me and asks me what's wrong? I ask him how many slices should be in their sandwich? He answers me 4 and the girl who was preparing my sandwich looks at me and says. This is what I was told to do! The other employee who I often see in the evening takes my sandwich and adds my 2 slices, apologizing. Today I return to the same scenario again. As a result, I leave the sandwich there and just take my iced capochino. returned home with a complaint by telephone to Tim Hortons Canada + my Google comment. I look at the other comments from customers who have visited this branch, several are very negative. Anyway, I'm going to go back every day and until the problem is resolved I'm going to leave the sandwich there and call Tim's and make a complaint. Do nothing and leave the franchisee without filling his pockets by emptying yours. I call it theft.
