This morning 6/25/2025 7:45 am get to the cash the lady has a face that she does not want to be there. My order includes a cheese croissant when i get to my office this thing is as hard as a rock had to throw it out. The staff all have long faces the place is a complete mess. Dirty floors the sandwich counter where they are made a complete mess. Not one smile not one thank you here is your crap now get lost. If i was the owner i would be completely ashamed to be part of this fiasco. Shame on you sir for thieving customers of their purchase. Yeah when i have to throw food out because its at the point of being a fossil its theft and you sir are a thief. Do not throw it out serve it anyways id like to know how you would appreciate being given food that is about to walk on its own. 1 star not deserved but more like minus 10 stars is more suitable. I hope this chain closes soon time i make my own breakfast thanks for reminding me to not go there.

Unfortunately, the cashiers lacked courtesy and professionalism. Better customer service training is clearly needed

Some days there is still a need for improvement, but we are getting closer to the service before the pandemic. Clear improvement. Well done to the new management.

The pistachio latte tastes zero pistachio 😡 I know it's not their faults, they're probably just following the recipe. But it's really disappointing. I expected better.

After two consecutive visits on Saturday morning having a large order each time the same team served me and they really care about their business. Excellent service. Thanks to the December 21, 2025 team. Keep up the good work.

The more it goes, the worse the service becomes when Tim Horton asks for an English muffin, it serves you on a breakfast bread, telling you I had nothing else when you go back to the place of saying it when you order or at the window and get served a potato half frozen very ordinary never again I will return to this tim

Nothing to say about the accuracy of my order or the availability of the menu. But the employees are stupid. They never smile, have a depressed tone of voice. Sometimes I try to smile more and ask them how they are doing and no reaction…. of ice. I go 2 to 3 times a week because it’s on my way and has been for several years. I have yet to come across an employee with the interpersonal skills required in customer service.

The Ray Lawson/Henri-Bourassa branch is much more humane and pleasant in terms of customer service.
