Might not come back again .I went to drive thru to order a bol delice poulet habernero and I was loud so he can hear me and he just gave a pizza instead .Their a big difference in spelling of pizza and bol délice and he gave me a look like that's not my fault .Like come on !!!!

This is my second encounter with the cashiers here. This time is worst because she insisted I did not say I wanted bacon in my sandwich. I ordered sausage and bacon biscuit timatin, never asked the question if she has a doubt about it. It was fine I thought she got it. I took the order from the person who's making the sandwich, she said no its only sausage, gave me the eyes that says its my mistake, talked to the cashier about it and insisted I did not say it. Wow, I know what I wanted and always what I order. Two of these person are not meant to be a customer service person. I wanted to dine in but I changed my mind because of these attitude.
They're drinking Starbucks in front of the clients, a slap in the face.
Its nice to put some training in there.

I passed by this tim hortons yesterday, the service was perfect , as i only speak in English, the cashier her name was kawthar , she was super nice and patient with me , the food was amazing, it was a good experience.

I'd give zero stars if I can. I went through drive through. Ordered a double double and two wraps one habenaro and chilli lime. The wraps didnt even come wrapped properly- everything fell apart in the car. They didnt even give the chosen sauces it was just some white sauce. I've had the wraps before so I know its not what it is. The rice was burnt or not cooked so hard it hurt while chewing.Took a sip of the coffee while driving and It was black! Like how do you a mess up a WHOLE ORDER! Im so upset and all this isn't even cheap!

I recently went to this Tim’s and couldn’t believe the rotten service I received. I ordered 2 croissants and 2 muffins and was waiting for the person to punch up my bill. She was counting her tip money while taking my order and forgot to punch up 2 items. I paid the first part and when she realized that there were 2 more items, she made me another bill. I wasn’t very happy and told her in front of her supervisor that she should pay attention to the customer. Not her tips!! She didn’t even flinch and kept counting her tips. The supervisor didn’t say anything either.

Potato wedges in farmers wrap… unbelievable instead of telling the clients there isn’t left any hash browns they literally did this. Not acceptable at all
