Probably the dirtiest Tim I have seen.
Broken toilet with an open door and foods are cooked, baked and served besides it.
Needless to mention I walked away without ordering.

The employees do not answer our questions and are insulting and raise their hands when we politely ask to repeat. I received an untoasted bagel, in too much of a hurry, they didn't even take the time to ask...

Everything was almost perfect. With the exception of the one who fills the counter with donuts who moves and touches everything without gloves....food handling is done with gloves...Thank you
For the other employees it's perfect...Thank you!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incomplete Order – Tim Hortons Location at 2912 Rue de Salaberry, Montréal

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment located at 2912 Rue de Salaberry, Montréal, QC H3M 1L3.

Recently, I purchased a “Wrap-Délice au Poulet Habanero”, and to my surprise, the product only contained chicken and the tortilla, without the other ingredients listed on your menu.

According to Tim Hortons’ official information, this wrap should include:
• Crispy or slow-cooked chicken
• Hearty grains
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Fresh cucumbers
• Spicy habanero sauce

The absence of these ingredients made for a disappointing dining experience that did not meet the standards I expect from your brand.

I would appreciate it if you could review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure similar situations do not happen in the future. I look forward to your response and any action you consider appropriate to resolve this issue.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Horton's salaberry last Friday (Feb 28th). I dined in at night, scanned the app, and paid $20.70 in cash. However, when I checked the app while waiting for my food, I didn't see any points added or order history updated. The staff suggested restarting the app, but that didn't work.

I asked for a receipt since I never received a bill, but the staff couldn't reprint one. They advised me to call the manager the next morning. I called and been told he's not working on weekends, I called again on Monday and explained the situation. The manager told me to update the app, which I already did.

I told him I would call him back later to check on the issue. He said he would be available until 2 pm weekdays. I called again at 1:45 pm, but was told he had left. I called again on Tuesday morning and asked to speak to the manager. However, the person who picked up just talked to someone then hung up on me.

I called again, asked for the manager, and was hung up on again. When I called again, I was told the manager wasn't available. I explained to the staff member that I had spoken to the manager the previous day about the bill and was hung up on again.

I followed the manager's instructions, and when I asked if he had other solutions, he told me the app was already updated to the latest version. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and the unprofessional behavior of the staff.

I feel like they're avoiding responsibility, especially since I paid in cash without issued any receipt. Really bad experience, and I hope others are aware of the potential issues with this location.

My breakfast sandwich was stale and my donuts were at least 2 days old. Will never step foot in this location again. Both times I tried this location was the worse experiences at a Tim’s

Tim morning bread too old, disgusting toilet, I know that there is not much to ask because the customers who frequent the establishment regularly behave like in their countries of origin, but still there is

visitors who come from elsewhere and the printing of a TIM HORTON, being a Canadian symbol should at least be clean.

We went this Wednesday evening January 22 at 10 p.m. The 2 employees did not speak a single word of French. Impossible to make yourself understood. When we come to an agreement, he informs us that they are out of cold brew coffee.
I would say this is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to so far.

The service and the food become less and less good over the years.
