Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons, I get perfect service. My order is always accurate and I get it within minutes, which is nice when going to work. I love being greeted by (I believe it’s Roberto Titi) he is funny and adorable. They deserve every dollar of their tips and way more!!!

Really need to set the timer longer in the Mens washroom wasn't even in there for a minute and the lights went out. Had to do my business in complete darkness. How this is not considered a safety issue especially for people who may have special needs is beyond me? How pathetic! Will say it was somewhat clean still had to wipe other people's business off the seat which is pretty common in most public places because people are too lazy. Anyway do something about your lights because taking a dump in complete darkness is pretty sad!!!!

The worst tim horton service ever im trying to reach out to manager i have a complaint to do on an employee with time i was at drive thru plus they could check cameras inside . I don't ever wanna go when that employe is there or if i order and he is at window will leave.

40 minutes of waiting for 2 cold brews and a box of timbits. And they didn't even have the cold brew that I ordered from their self order option. Horrible service. Once again proving timhortons is absolute trash.

One of the worst tim in Montreal, they never pay attention to the preparation of drinks or food, most (not all) employees always seem to be in a bad mood, in short one of the worst really.

Very incompetent cashier. The manager looks like she doesn’t care. Took 15 minute to get a bagel. They kept making mistakes, then left my food to get cold there and started serving clients after me. Also forgot extra items. Unbelievable

I placed an order through the SKIP application for a box of 50 Timbits. I took the time to write a note which mentioned to be careful to include all the flavors available, more than 3 flavors at least. Well, I received a box with 42 Timbits of the same kind, what flavor they have, no idea... It's dry and pasty at the same time and the flour taste is quite pronounced. Same for the other 8 Timbits which are normally a chocolate flavor. So the box finished emptying and the SKIP application wanted to reimburse me only 6 dollars when my total bill was more than 18$. So I did not accept. I tried to call the Tim Horton in question (7950 Boul. Henri-Bourassa E) always busy 😉👑 So in my opinion the person who read my note must have said that it would be very funny to fill the box with Timbits completely of just the same kind with 8 more chocolate at the bottom of the box but for my part paying $18 to put it in the drain I found it less funny! I won't order it again, that's for sure! 😉 👑

Very clean Tim ! Nice and gentle stuff, the night shift employe is very nice and funny, very quick service.
