I spend this time every day what it's like to make the customers wait before the window so as not to have their timer go off to have "good service" in their time the very mediocre employees are stupid maybe because their timer doesn't look at me so I don't wait when they signal to me

Wait is way too long and the staff are rather rude. If you're in a hurry better go somewhere else or if you dont like waiting 5 mins to order and 5 mins to get your coffee and or 10 for a wrap. Noteworthy to mention this is when they barely have people. Add a few more people to the line could go to 30 mins.

Never had a issue at this Tim Hortons location :)

Service friendly and has some varieties of bakeries there such as donuts , timbits, cookies, etc!

The store inside is quite dirty everytime I go there so I always order to go! Aside of that everything is good 👍

The employee was rude. Got my whole order wrong. Asked for an iced caramel latte, they gave me just iced coffee. Asked for a wrap and got a sandwich. Never coming back here

What's the problem with this guy??? We are in line at the drive-thru and when we move towards the window the attendant aggressively signs us not to come forward to trigger their meter and not to move to the window under penalty of a stare. choleric. In my humble opinion if you can't respect your limited time then don't use the meter and stop making consumers feel guilty.

Makes us go backwards and then move us forward again, probably for stats. Nothing to say about my order, it is correct and it was fast but just because of her and her attitude 1 out of 5. A chance that there is the atmosphere because the coffee is not brewed well except by two African employees who know what they are doing.
The others are just rush galore
Plus they make you wait before ordering at the drive-thru to generate nice waiting statistics except that your bagel is cold and the coffee tastes burnt most of the time..

I put 3★ just to respect a few employees who know what they are doing, at the risk of repeating myself.

Drive-thru service a big 0 stars. We always wait further than the window to help them with their stats (quick service). When it comes down to it, we always wait a really long time. It's driving me crazy! Ridiculous that this is accepted by Tim Horton's.
