I was with my friend who is veiled, she was super polite to the employee when taking her order but she really received really shitty service. Her drink was deliberately poorly made and her pastries were hard, not fresh at all. It's serious... very discriminatory. I don't recommend it.

When we come to collect the order at the car the staff signals us to wait before the window, I don't know if this is a way of thwarting the timer for the time to serve customers but this happens very often in the morning and afternoon. This is the only Tim that I operate this way. Very frustrating

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was very pleasant. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Amazingly staff refused to speak in French which I found odd but no matter. Then I get my breakfast potato that tasted like it got cooked in some seriously stale oil: worst ever hash brown
Bathroom surely tops my list of most disgusting ever visited. Also front entrance window was smashed.
I get it: this Tim’s is at the terminus where inmates being released end up at when heading west. But for the love of donuts, clean up the place
