Tim Hortons

I try my best not to review places, especially when it's a bad review. I have been going to this Tim for a few years now since it's in my area, the morning staff is usually friendly but there's often lots of mistakes with my orders. This morning I went and ordered my food as usual, when I got home I tried to take a bite and was surprised everything was iced cold. All the vegies were still frozen... I ordered a BTL with both meat and had to put it in the garbage... A waste of money... Please do better

UPDATE: I am not deleting the previous review since its a true statement of my visit on that day, however, I am very happy and satisfied with the way the situation was handled. Tim Horton's reached out to me on the same day that I posted the review and I was able to get in touch with the manager of that branch who promised to make it up to me. This morning I went and met with him, he is very friendly and professional, he replaced my BLT and I ordered a hashbrown and Iced cup to pair my BLT with. The morning staff was friendly, as usual. I think that it's fair to be honest on our reviews, it's not just about being critical of companies just Because we want to complain, we gotta be truthful and companies have to be willing to correct their mistakes. In this particular case, I think Tim Horton's did an Amazing job at handling this particular situation, I am very satisfied and will, of course, continue to visit that branch.

We went to this Tim Hortons with my friends for lunch. The staff would not allow us to sit and eat our food we had just bought because they believed we were going to make a mess since we are students. They stereotyped us which is very disrespectful and has no right to tell us what we can and cannot do. Has a paying customer, I would like to report the laziest , disrespecting, discriminating staff I have ever seen. I hope the owner of this Tim Hortons sees this and takes consideration on looking into their staff. And I also forgot to mention that it was on a Thursday at lunch. I don’t not go to the school near this Tim Hortons and wasn’t even in uniform.

One of the best Tim's I've ever eaten. My club at the tim was #1, the bacon was not raw, everything was impeccable, as well as the speed of the cashier and her helper

The own owner insults the customers by treating them imbecile while the own boss does not even know how to make an ice cap there are ants in the restaurant as well as mice no maintenance of the premises the owner washes his hands of using them all allow us to discuss together while the priority is the customers without a doubt the worst

And not counting the one on bombardier same owner

Next Time its on tiktok that I'm going to publish to you we'll see who is the more stupid of the two el boss

Placed an order via the app and when I wanted to collect the coffees there was no way to get them because the machine wasn't working and no way to get a refund either! Bad service and poor app!
