I try my best not to review places, especially when it's a bad review. I have been going to this Tim for a few years now since it's in my area, the morning staff is usually friendly but there's often lots of mistakes with my orders. This morning I went and ordered my food as usual, when I got home I tried to take a bite and was surprised everything was iced cold. All the vegies were still frozen... I ordered a BTL with both meat and had to put it in the garbage......

I walked In to this Tim Hortons at 6:00am for a dozen donuts and a dozen muffins.
An over weight nasty looking woman looks annoyed boderline angry.
She doesn't say hello nor goodbye,what a nasty person she is.
I would hope the owner sees this and takes this very seriously cause I take these things very seriously,enough so to never go back.

I deleted my previous review which was no longer relevant. Because now I only have good comments to make the staff is smiling the impeccable service Bravo to the owner who ensured that I became a regular customer again
