After waiting for 30 min for sandwich, I found a hair inside the sandwich, I asked them to change me sandwich or give me a refund they ignored my request.
Be careful when you take your order.god knows how they make their sandwich.

This place theaches you to drink water instead of an ice cappuccino or wtv your order isyou will spend more time than money here..African lady is so slow🤌🏼 i abandoned the line after 5 minutes of waiting ..i recommend more employees or maybe better employees never again thank you bye 👋🏼

i do not recommend going to this one, i've been waiting for almost 20min for 1wrap and they didn't make it right and they were 6 employees.

Not impressed guys. This is the second Tim Hortons we have visited since being in Canada and I have to say, had it been the first........ Never again. Just go to Bathurst and take some customer care training. Building not a good look either. Sorry.

Never seen a Tim Hortons that makes cars stop and go like that. The African boy at the window is very rude if you refuse to move forward you will be disrespected. 0/10 I would not come back. He takes our order badly and yells at us when he doesn't understand even though we speak very clearly. He tells me that he is the manager that he makes the decisions, I don't think the owner would be very happy to hear that.
Quality of products which leaves much to be desired, not even having time to check if our order is correct, we are under pressure to move forward.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars that would have been my rating.

One star is more than enough for you, I just parked to pass my order it's 21:22, and it's closed, though the sign says 22, and more the lady was arguing with me that it's time to close, if you don't want to serve you better close.

I stayed on January 18 in this super nice place, quiet and clean inside and I was very well received and treated by the employee. I had a lot of fun, especially with the employee who made me laugh with a joke.
