There was only 1 employee working at 6 pm on a weekend. She was only able to take drive-thru orders, so walk-ins were completely ignored. Waited 10mins until I decided its not worth and left. Unless its breakfast time, dont come here.

The worst Tim Hortons in Montreal. Firstly he hires a person who doesn't even speak French and barely understands English to put him alone on the night shift you almost can't communicate with him and the worst part of that I ask him for an iced capuchino and he tells me in almost incomprehensible English that he doesn't know how to use the coffee machine so even the staff when they hired him weren't even able to give him adequate training this is just nonsense
