Don’t make a mobile/app order to this Tim Hortons, they will refuse to make the order and claim their machine is faulty or not working, and refuse to issue you a refund. They will ask you to claim refund online while knowing that’s literally impossible since it’s tim horton’s policy that only the store you ordered from could issue a refund.

I was disgusted that the employees forced me to speak English in order to get service. I insisted that in Quebec, it is a right to be served in french and to not comply is to break the law. I recorded this interaction, including the employee speaking in hindi to her colleague staging that i am complaining about speaking french when I understand English perfectly well. The comment was translated for me.

The service at this store was very poor. There was a lot of spilled drink all around the paper cup, so I didn't feel like holding it. Additionally, they didn't provide napkins until I asked for them. I ordered a pumpkin iced cap, but for some reason she didn't put any cream on it, which was very different from how it looked on the menu, and I was disappointed. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
