the portions are absolutely terrible at this tim hortons. I don’t understand why they don’t have any standards for their food. seriously look at what i’m getting vs what it’s supposed to be. Everything you get looks like that.

I ordered seven small coffees (three lattes and four cappuccinos). The staff were very rude and served five customers who came after us while we were still waiting for our order. I asked for a refund since none of our drinks were ready, and they didn’t even apologize. The Indian girl who seemed to be the team lead was especially rude — instead of apologizing, she just said that making lattes takes time. I always order lattes and they have never taken this long before. Customers who order first should always be prioritized, not ignored while others behind them are served.
