We can understand their work it's never easy but if the employees also criticize it then there is a problem there are no warnings when there is no longer the product in inventory for sale but make an effort to think about it advance when there are no more hockey cards uh ? thought so to take more on the floor there are perhaps people who come from far away and to be told (no more .got none) very disappointing. Very good service though. ??

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to Tim Hortons. The staff seemed disorganized and unwelcoming, and I had to wait much longer than expected for my order, despite low traffic in the store. Additionally, the order was not correct, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope Tim Hortons improves the quality of their service in the future, as this experience was not up to my expectations.

To flee. The person who served us took almost 10 minutes to take care of us without even deigning to notice that we were there, looked at us extremely badly, took the orders one by one with several minutes of preparation between each order, all that so that there are no more potatoes and even no more bottles of water. It was only 7 p.m. It really gives a deplorable brand image, a smile and a "sorry I'm alone, I'll do it as quickly as possible" doesn't kill.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Donuts and Timbits have no glaze ,they’re just dry AF ? caramel latte also tasted very bad ? And the staff…omg they’re all walking around looking at you like “I don’t want to have to come serve you” and finally someone comes after me yelling out “Helloo anyone working today?” …anyways never going back there

Friendly staff. There was a language barrier, however she dealt with it very well - I think some of the reviewers are being very entitled when they expect people on the French side of Canada to speak perfect English - and this is coming from an Englishman!
Giving it 4 stars purely because it's in a service station, but apart from that it's a regular Tim Hortons.
