No respect for the customer, you make the order and the person doesn't pay attention to your needs. The cashier does not respect the customer line. And finally they give you the things they want

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. It is unacceptable to see such unfriendly and unprofessional cashier employees. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem. Today I came to buy French vanillas, but the machine was out of order. Despite this, the employee took my order without explanation and took forever to do so, probably due to her unfamiliarity with the cash register or a technical problem. After a long wait with no information or apology, I had to ask what was going on. When I finally requested a refund, the employee was equally rude and visibly exasperated. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.

This is the most nasty Tim Horton’s I have ever been, there was a cockroach walking around the donuts, I told the employee and he didn’t do anything.

Makes huge mistakes on orders, every time there are errors...
They can never seem to make my coffee the way i ask, no sugar.
It's super simple, only cream and no sugar and 50% of the time I have to go back, wait in line again because they put sugar in my coffee...fed up to be honest of waisting my time.

Worst donut ever! I have been to other Tim Hortons and was looking forward to treating myself to a donut on this trip from the US. What I got was worse than a dry week old WalMart donut. However, the coffee was good.
It's the worst service today, September 21, 2024, in the afternoon, around 4 p.m., I went with my 14 year old son to buy food, the man who served me was very rude and aggressive, he had no patience, he shouted at me for my mistake, he started to insult me in English, my son told him to respect me and to respect women and he also started to insult my minor son, I had no other choice to insult this employee for insulting my son. I call the police!!, why because they hire this kind of people who are rude to their customers, who have no patience, are frustrated and tired of their work, I do not recommend this place, the service is like trash, please do not visit this Tim Horton.
"I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing experience. I requested a specific piece of a biscuit politely and had to repeat my request three times. Unfortunately, the worker responded rudely and threw the food at me, saying she doesn't work for me to take orders. This experience was quite upsetting and has made me hesitant to visit this location again. I hope the staff receives better training in customer service to avoid such situations in the future.
