Worst service I ever had in a tim horton's

Food was good, the rest not so much.. We had to wait a looong time for our food (like unreasonably long) and when it finally arrived we got the wrong thing that we ordered… But at least it was good.

The Tim Hortons inside the Palais des Congrès in Montreal is a convenient option if you’re attending a conference or just passing through, with quick access from the indoor promenade. The staff do their best to keep things moving, especially during busy periods, and while service can vary, it’s generally efficient enough to get you in and out without too much delay.

That said, the seating area is usually full—often taken up by homeless individuals sleeping or resting—so don’t expect to find a spot to sit. It’s not uncommon to have someone approach you in line asking if you can buy them something. The staff seem used to it and do their best to maintain order, but it can catch some visitors off guard.

The food and drinks are what you’d expect from any standard Tim’s: predictable and reliable. Just don’t count on a relaxing atmosphere. It’s fine for a quick caffeine fix or a bite on the go, but not the place to unwind.

I ordered and paid for the doughnuts and pastries. The employee said there was no pastry. I asked for a refund, but she didn’t. Please make up for it.

No respect for the customer, you make the order and the person doesn't pay attention to your needs. The cashier does not respect the customer line. And finally they give you the things they want

Hot Coffee is always cold. There is not a good selection of pastry, garbage is full and spill liquid in front really bad
