The worst service they offer. They don't care about you at all. They keep you waiting for a long time and in the end you don't find an answer. The worst customer service in Montreal, I don't recommend it.

I don't know what happened to Tim Horton's coffee, but it sucks now. It tastes watered down and it's not made properly. Please fix this problem. I am paying good money for garbage coffee. I will not be getting any more coffee from Tim Horton's, until this problem is addressed.

I've never had any issu with the service ? When I have to get to Montreal for work, I go out of my way to go to this specific Tim.
They rarely miss anything and I've never had an issue with an order. It sounds like the bare minimum, but for Tims it's a miracle ?

The vdd very bad service from the cashier. She charged us for several things and didn't tell us what the combo included, she was very rude and didn't give us what we paid for. Definitely we will not return.
