Honestly one of the dirtiest cafés I’ve been to. Tables and floor were filthy, we couldn’t even sit down and ended up treating it like takeaway only. The place really needs a proper clean. There were also a few homeless people inside, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. That said, the coffee itself was actually good.

This is the worst Tims I’ve been to. Arrive at pickup time and my order isn’t started. They prepared all the hot food first and then seemingly forgot about the donuts and coffee. I had to finally ask where the rest of my order was. They were out of half the things I ordered online. They rammed three donuts in a small paper bag so all of the toppings came off. 10/10 would not waste my time here again.

I have been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for over four years, and I regularly order the Farmer’s Wrap with sausage and bacon, always with extra sauce. Unfortunately, every time I’m forced to come to this particular location, the staff are extremely amateur and unprofessional, and they seem unable to handle busy times.
I always pay for the extra sauce, but they constantly forget to add it because there is no organization. I have politely mentioned this several times, but the employees refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Today—just now—after reminding them again, they only handed me a tiny container of sauce instead of preparing my order properly.
The coffees are usually cold, and worst of all, the waiting time for a simple order is often more than 15 minutes, even though this location does not have a drive-thru.
I will no longer be returning to this branch.

The worst Tim Hortons. The staff are so rude. They called out my name for my order and then don’t even give me my coffee. I was the only person she did this to, and I’m not white. Definitely had some subtle racism going on here. I had to ask which is one and then reach across the counter to get it. Then when I drank my coffee, it wasn’t even the one I ordered. I don’t know why they can’t give you your coffee, what is so wrong in that? It doesn’t make you any less of a person. I respect the people in the service industry and always smile and say thank you, I don’t expect the same back because customers can be rude but at least point to which coffee is mine. Very very frustrating.
This branch is better than some others... but there's no coffee on a Thursday at 1pm. Machine is broken apparently.

Do not come to this Tim hortons during winter time. Outside it is very slippery and unfortunately my mother slipped and broke her hip because outside of the store, there wasn’t even salt for the ice. Be very careful walking out and in this tim hortons, SO SLIPPERY!!!!!
