I came to get a too good to go basket supposed to have a value of $15 but I received it for $7.89, the saleswoman had no idea of the value of the basket, so I paid $5 for donuts from the day before. If I had known, I would have incurred costs and especially not at this Tim where the service is more than mediocre
I received my lunch with extra mold. I'm really disgusted. I contacted customer service twice. Once my order was delivered to another business and they never wanted to refund me and then I contacted about the moldy lunch and again here, no help from Tim Horton.
