If there was the possibility of giving 0 stars I would have done so, personal non-professional and discrimination on top of that, since I study right next door it's been three times that I've had to place an order each time there's always something missing and when I ask she tells me that you placed your order like that, my last experience was today for a chicken parmesan pizza with habanero sauce that I order in most Tim Hortons in Montreal when I ordered the cashier asked me what sauce I told her habanero when I received the order I asked that I'm missing chicken and sauce she told me that we don't make habanero sauce and chicken is the regular quantity "she just added the smell of chicken ?" and the penultimate one I ordered that with potatoes at the end I didn't get them, and she told me that no I didn't order them even though I paid for that, not to mention the waiting time that everyone demands.
Worst experience and worst Tim Hortons quality and service in all of Montreal.

I'm really disgusted.
I contacted customer service twice. Once my order was delivered to another business and they never wanted to refund me and then I contacted about the moldy lunch and again here, no help from Tim Horton.
