They completely messed up our order even though it wasn’t very busy. Then when my spouse went to exchange it, they were openly whispering and laughing at him. And after all that, the food was poorly prepared. I love Timmie’s, but will not be back to this location.
ETA details as per TH request: - around 9:25 am on Sunday September 21, we placed very clear explicit order (we always get the same thing) - once we opened the bag we realized all three orders were incorrect (things we didn’t order, or requests ignored like “no cheese”) - my spouse returned to store from parking lot, politely informed counter person that it was the wrong order (we deeply respect customer service workers, we know it’s a tough job) but she was impatient, dismissive, and clearly annoyed. - server took our order and spoke to cook - both people looked back, started whispering and laughing, obviously at my spouse - correct order was prepared, and my spouse left quickly as he was very uncomfortable - the order was technically correct now, but well below the usual quality. Bland, skimpy ingredients, etc.

The staff is very rude, there is one girl who doesn't know English and I don't know French and if that happens it is the cashier's responsibility to ask for other person, but she was like staring at my face and just repeating the stuff I said and the other women at cash was very rude too. I love tim Hortons but no customer will take this much bullshit. I would have never come back here if there was any other near by location.
