The staff is very rude, there is one girl who doesn't know English and I don't know French and if that happens it is the cashier's responsibility to ask for other person, but she was like staring at my face and just repeating the stuff I said and the other women at cash was very rude too. I love tim Hortons but no customer will take this much bullshit. I would have never come back here if there was any other near by location.

Horrible service, cannot get things done right. Asked for a timbits bucket spécial halloween edition and don't know how many timbits to give or how to find it in the system. Says the promotion is not on... why is it advertised then? Ordered a Large Hot chocolat it's not even full and tastes like water.
No drive thru, only a parking that is always full.
Major incompetence. I ordered a small coffee with three cream and the guy charged me almost $4 so I told him that wasn't right and then he fixed it. I'm waiting for my coffee and another worker asks if I needed anything and I told her I was just waiting for my coffee. Apparently it was just sitting on the counter. The employee never told me that it was ready.. they are completely lost. There's no professionalism and customer service anymore in Canada sadly. No standards.

Very bad service. I asked for an iced vanilla coffee with less sugar, but what I got was overly sweet and had whipped cream on top, which I didn’t ask for. Definitely not what I ordered
