They left a kind of large mosquito scattered in a customer's wrap!!! When the Customer returned, the MANAGER asked him if he was an immigrant. The customer was Haitian so the Tim Hortons Manager told him since he was Haitian he could eat INSECTS IN HIS WRAP???!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY

Asks an employee for hand towels and tells me he doesn't have time to go get them and go to the other side to serve me. What service! I imagine before starting a shift, you have to make sure you have your work space filled and in order to provide good customer service!!
