One of the worst experiences, they don't speak English or French I had to go to another Tim Hortons Hire qualified people for good service
Horrible experience. I placed mobile order for vanilla latte with lactose free protein beverage. At the pick up when they called vanilla latte, I asked again if it was protein beverage. I was told it was. It didn't taste right, but I just assumed maybe they didn't put enough vanilla. Well, shortly after I realized it was not lactose free at all. I'm really not sure how could something like this happen. So reckless and dangerous. If you have any food allergies or intolerance, avoid at all cost.

i ordered a chicken pizza and the staff were talking and laughing for 5min they forgot about my order until i asked, then they made a cheese pizza and i asked about the chicken ? they added cold chicken on top and burned the pizza. it's just horrible experience not ordering here ever again.

Tim Hortons is hands down one of my favorite spots for a quick and satisfying bite. The coffee is consistently fresh and smooth, especially their Original Blend, and the food is always hot and flavorful—I’m a huge fan of their breakfast wraps and classic Timbits. The service is fast and friendly, even during busy hours, and the staff always greet you with a smile. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax or catch up with friends. Whether I’m stopping by for a morning boost or a midday snack, Tim Hortons never disappoints!
